Big Scoops is true to its name. A kid's scoop is $6.50, but it was more like two adult scoop sizes for me! I got the strawberry cheesecake on a cone and it was delicious. Nothing out of the ordinary but good, reliable ice cream. Cute lil ice cream take out place with quick & friendly service. There's no area to sit; just walk up to the counter window.
They’re not kidding with the name — these scoops are huge! I walked out with an ice cream that felt like it had its own gravitational pull.

Great little place for ice cream. Here's my take:
When they say Big Scoops, they aren't kidding. Many flavours to choose from. Convenient location if you are looking for a dessert after a meal at one of the close by restaurants and bars.
Only 1 person working, so the line took a long time to move. Pack your patience on a hot summer day.
On a scale of Go, Don't Go and try if in the area, for sure try if craving...
