A very good place to get ice cream. However, the portions have been noticeably getting smaller as of late,, unfortunately. Furthermore, I went by to get some ice cream 20 minutes before the posted close time and they were already closed. I have good faith that hopefully this place will improve on some of their issues as shrinkflation is still a price increase. I'd always rather pay a little bit more if it means I'm getting the same amount since an actual price increase is always inevitable in the future, which essentially means double dipping. I hope this place continues to improve.

I'm not much of a hamburger eater these days, however, Biggies really delivered more than I expected! I was in Hamilton visiting family, being over-scheduled, I had neglected to eat, I needed something to carry me through the day. This not only fueled me up, but also reminded me of the burgers I loved to eat as a kid, thanks again for everything!

The young lady with red hair has no customer service skills. At the very least, she could say, 'Hi, how can I help you?' She didn't acknowledge my family or me. Six dollars for a kiddy cone is steep, and the place felt cramped. I could overlook all of that if the customer service was at least mediocre.

We've been to Ontario twice in the past two years and have gone to Biggies each time! Huge ice cream serving and for a good price! Love the options too! And the owner (I believe), is super friendly and always asking questions about where we are from! Very friendly! Down side; they need a couple picnic tables or maybe a couple benches. We always have to sit on the curb and eat our treats. Although it looks like they might be working on it from the patio looking structure out front I noticed this year. Definitely going back either way!!!!
