People understandably talk about the ice cream here, but I want to talk about how good their food is. Their burger is top notch and they have a secret weapon - the BEST poutine in Hamilton. Seriously, give it a shot. I was blown away by how good it is. Plus, their staff is super friendly. Long live Biggies!
I went here today for the 1st time ever. All 3 kids got a SMALL icecream that was bigger than my head, these people do not cheap out, they want you to get what you paid for and more. My husband got a bacon cheeseburger with all the trimmings and a poutine, very very reasonable and tasted amazing. You can tell this is an establishment for the customer, they care about us.

Finally a store that delivers a product that matches its name! Biggies Ice Cream delivers just that. The portion sizes are enormous and the ice cream itself is delicious. The staff provided fast and friendly service. Definitely a store to experience!!
