This restaurant has been a classic vegan restaurant in Waterdown for years. The food is very good with plenty of healthy options. It is always made with great care and great quality items. The downfall is that it is quite pricey. I have seen the prices go up incrementally at this restaurant over the last 2 years and this is why I don't come often anymore, and why I can't rate it as a 5. Nonetheless if you feel like treating yourself this is a nice place to sit, relax and enjoy the food.
Sadly, my experience was not Blissful. One and done! My sandwich bread was sopping wet. Asked to have it toasted again and it was toasted nicely; however, it was inedible and trauma inducing. Couldn’t eat this $16 sandwich that consisted of tasteless chunks of unflavoured jackfruit, a few pieces of sauerkraut and hardly any sauce. What it did have was an offensive amount of salt. The Hero bowl was also disappointing. It was basically a container filled with mushy rice and a small handful (if that) of tasteless salty toppings. There was maybe a tablespoon of mushroom gravy. Felt ripped off. This place is a joke. Avoid! I did not eat my sandwich. Gave it 2 bites and threw it down. And I was hungry and preferred to go hungry until I got home. By far, the grossest food I’ve been served in a restaurant. I’m literally TRAUMATIZED! ?

We’re not vegan, but thought we’d give Bliss Kitchen a try and we’d definitely come back. We had their flavourful Burrito bowl to share. We looove a good mix of sundried tomatoes, beans, and avocados (etc) and the cashew cream and lemon drizzle to top it off. As a side, we just ordered a burger patty (sweet potato + black bean) which was just another great side of protein. Server was polite and explained our orders, and the place itself is very bright and earthy ? Definitely on our list of vegan restos to revisit ?

Ordered from Uber eats. The amount of food was abysmal. The pictures on their website and Instagram are basically false advertising because what was sent to us was not enough to feed a small child.

Way too overpriced for the quality. I had the burrito bowl for about $20. The rice was completely unseasoned. Tomato and onions were diced too large. The black beans were very cold. Maybe three thin slices of avocado were included. It was my first time here and I can't say I'll ever come back. Nothing memorable

Went here for a smoothie and really it should have been called a pulpy. It was more like a fibrous juice (green guru said it had avocado in it, did it, that's questionable), and I threw out half of it though it cost $11 and anyone who knows me knows I throw out nothing. Maybe not fair of me to judge the place based on one smoothie but it's enough that I probably won't try again. Positives, the staff are kind and the place is pretty, love the decor and the vibe, it's nice to have vegan options outside of the city.

I am a conscious meat eater and to be honest I don’t go to vegan restaurants. However… I absolutely love Bliss/. It’s tasty and varied. My favorite is the Hearty Hero Bowl. To die for.

Super cute restaurant, very spacious and welcoming. I ordered take out and had a peppermint latte while I waited. The wait was not long. One of the items I ordered was the mindful mushrooms. I think I could live on these, cheesy, creamy, wonderful! We also had the pumpkin arancini, super caesar salad, apollo taco and for dessert the blix bars and peanut butter cups. All delicious and the perfect size. We will be going back!

Bliss Kitchen offers amazing vegan meals that never disappoint. Having celiac disease means I have to be very careful where I eat and I know I can safely order anything on the menu since it is all gluten free. The mighty macro bowl is just perfect Our kids also love the loaded fries options. Nice atmosphere and the restaurant is nicely designed. Highly recommend!

It is a cheerful atmosphere. All that we ordered was delicious, even the matching latte!
Bliss Kitchen has a bright and warm atmosphere as soon as you walk in. Decor is very casual and fun. They have vegan desserts on display at the counter and offer a full menu with smoothies, sandwiches and the like. Unfortunately, they look like sliders versus actual burgers and the side of fries you could probably down in half a minute if you eat fast. For the price, you're getting about half the food you pay for. If they don't change their prices, I'd recommend just grabbing a dessert and a latte. At least those are worth it. (I can't seem to find a photo on my phone of said latte but I'll try to remember to add to my review next time I go) Updated from previous review on 2023-12-27
