where do l start. lt has been a decade since I've been here, but to my disappointment the service( lady was rude and unfriendly). l wanted to walk out , instead l did or something from the deli because l wanted to remember the good food and goid times of when l used to come and l was with a friend and l was looking forward to this moment. Nothing else to say!

Went here yesterday on November 19th with a colleague for lunch .
The sign said pizza yet there wasn’t any pizza .
My main problem is that the staff was rude .
The prices is too high to justify as well .
I bought a sub that included 3-4 toppings and then they would charge you .75 cents for other toppings to add onto it .
I bought a veggie sub because I’m vegetarian, why are you only including 3-4 toppings then charging for the rest of the vegetables ? And that too at almost a dollar per topping .
I’ll literally just go to subway next time , at least they are fair with their toppings .
The lady then proceeded to make a face when I didn’t get anything “extra” ,
Your sub size is too small for you to be charging that much for toppings especially vegetables.
She then yelled out in the store that I got a veggie sub “with nothing on it “ in a rude tone to her co worker as if I committed some crime or was a weirdo.
Just make my sandwich Karen 😂 don’t judge people for what they eat .
This was my first and last time here . I felt offended.

Love their bakery products. The buns are fantastic. Have purchased food and subs. Very good.
Would probably visit more often but Hamilton traffic is pathetic. Too aggravating but when we have a chance .... We love to visit!
