Wow, I was blown away. Me and my wife haven’t been here for quite a while years actually we got the new menu. We tried some new stuff. It was awesome. I was totally shocked. It was great. The food was great actually a good price and we had a pretty good time.

My son went to Boston Pizza Upper James Saturday night with friends. He had Cabinera pizza, shrimp alfredo and french fries. He woke up the next day with it coming out of both ends he became really sick upset stomach, vomiting, diarrhea. We will definitely not go back there to eat!

Don't order takeout from here. They never included the chicken in my wifes pasta. My chicken sandwich had no sauce on it and all the veg came in a plastic bag which was a weird way to do it. Can't belive I spent $80 on this dinner for 2.

I purchased this pizza for $35. It's somewhat underwhelming if I can be honest. The size, taste, and texture of the pizza wasn't worth the price. I wouldn't buy pizza from here again. The restaurant seemed very dead for superbowl Sunday. Must be for a good reason.

We just had our hockey team pizza party at this Boston Pizza, and our server was Veronica. To say that she was amazing would be an understatement. She went above and beyond to make our party the best party ever. The team had a great time. Veronica was great with the kids, and very attentive to the parents that came. We really appreciate everything this location did for us! A special shoutout to Manager Scott for helping us set this up! Thank you!

Insane waiting time for the food. Very unorganized and all over the place, asking table to table @who ordered this meals”. Table wasn’t clean and had a long black hair on it. The light above my table was extremely bright. My meal had no flavour… just tasted like tomato sauce. Terrible experience! I normally order take-out and it’s always good, but this time dine-in was terrible. Garlic bread was burned too
