AMAZING! Came here for a friend’s birthday at 1AM and even though the staff and kitchen were in the process of closing, they served us with amazing care and hospitality and let us dine in! The Staff here were so friendly and kind, especially with the Birthday Robot :) An AMAZING experience, would definitely come here again! Shalin, the General Manager IS THE BEST! Best in Hamilton. Was travelling on a business trip to hamilton. Wanted to meet my niece at mc master. Decided to meet here on her insistance. I must say amazing food, drinks, bar and great service. Staff members were very welcoming. This is one place I recomment if you want to hang out or even go with family and friends. The ambience is amazing too

Watch out for these people who will lie to try and save a buck.I ordered a pasta and it came with sweaty gym sock cheese (parmesan) on it. When i told the waitress she said sorry and walked away. no offer to fix it. When she walked by again i asked her if i can have it replaced with one without the cheese. she took it away and a few minutes later it came back. the same food just mixed around. I complained again and this time i guess someone who was the manager who came around and assured me that he spoke to the kitchen manager and said it was remade. If it were remade, it would not still have that awfull taste in it and it would be hot coming out of the kitchen, not lukewarm because it was the same pasta returned to me.
I have been to this Boston Pizza location a couple of times and I am so impressed by their friendly, kind and attentive staff! They know how to take care of their customers and ensure that each visit turns out to be a wonderful experience! The food is always delicious and well prepared! Would definitely recommend!

This place is always on their game! Amazing service! Killer management! Been coming here once in a while for years. The general manager Shalin is awesome. You can see he really cares about his employees which makes for great employees. Echo is my favorite employee! Check out their karaoke every Wednesdays to see her do wonders with her voice! Brittany and Tiffany are also fantastic! I highly recommend this restaurant for your next outing with friends or family!
