Unfortunately the establishment was short staffed, we were informed orders would take longer (no problem we are not in a rush) but that said getting drinks was also slow due to being short handed. Foods ok nothing fancy but expected bar roadhouse food. The bar area is a bit loud and hard to carry a conversation, but to be somewhat expected I guess.

Ordered French Onion Soup awhile back through Uber. It was 1/2 full and cold. I made a complaint and no one ever responded to me to apologize or to offer a refund or replacement or anything. Poor customer service and poor food quality. It’s expensive ordering through apps to have your food come cold and unappealing and have no one even care or respond is frustrating. You can get cheaper better tasting French Onion Soup elsewhere. Do Not Recommend.

Was there today at around 2:20, waited at the hostess stand to be seated. We waited 5-7 minutes and nobody helped us. We were very disappointed, as the bartender even saw us standing there. We left, too bad because I really enjoy their food

Great food as always. Service can be mediocre. Sometimes you stand there waiting for quite a while to be seated. Not sure what the issue is as we go to the Grimsby location and never have a problem.

After we ordered our food it was 1 and a half hours before it was brought out to us. Bill’s food was ice cold. My wrap came out and it was cold where I have ordered it before and it so grilled so it’s at least warm. My fries did not come out with my wrap, I was told the fries would be coming out soon.
There was a group of kids, I guess there for lunch, they were screaming. The adults with them should have told the kids they were in a restaurant were other people are having lunch and they need to lower their voices. They continued to scream. The staff, I think was only one, should have as them to stop screaming.
I did not go there to hear kids screaming. I expected to have lunch, which was not enjoyable. It will be a while before I come back there.
