Great service and friendly staff. My shrimp linguine was not great unfortunately, undercooked and didn’t taste very fresh or appetizing. Quesadillas were decent but falling apart while trying to eat them. My date liked her chicken sandwich however. Atmosphere was interesting.. not sure why but there was an absurd amount of people using walkers and canes and many drunk and loud people but hey we were in the bar section and it is the East Side of Hamilton, so expect the riff raff here.

Had a server named Jennifer and she was absolutely amazing wish I could give 10 stars! I’m a shy person and she made me feel so comfortable! She was extremely sweet went above and beyond definitely coming back way more!

Ordered food through Doordash and the total was 36 dollars, only received 1 bag with 1 of 3 items. Bag was taped shut when we opened it so obviously not tampered with. When I went to help centre they only refunded 8 dollars and that does not even cover the cost of 1 item… terrible business service

The past few times I’ve visited this location I’ve waited at the door for over 20 minutes for a host to acknowledge me. The restaurant will be dead and we’ll see a stocky blonde woman walk past and not even bother to seat us until way after. I wish I could say it was just a one off but this has happened at least three times and it’s disappointing because I’ve been coming here since I was a kid and now I feel like it’s just not an enjoyable experience. I could understand if they’re busy and there’s a wait time but 1. At least acknowledge us 2. It’s always ghost town when I go :( also I’ve ordered cocktails and they look nothing like the picture :( it’s just not the best Bp location tbh
Pizza was absolutely disgusting ,smells like vomit 🤮 60$ wasted .Took take out after a 14 hours shift ,drove 20 mins home too late to go back ,so disappointing
