I’ve been eating at Bourbon for almost 10 years…their bourbon or blackened chicken is by far my fave..love their food and I always get a few combos to take home every Friday, and I go to town on them all weekend!!!
The ladies are very rude but not rude as in insulting they’re more just blunt and to the point lol but the food is awesome not bland at all so whoever is saying that BS is lying ?
Well, I’ll start off my saying all you Karen’s need to relax with the complaints about the ladies that work upfront. Your not in a restaurant where they should cater to you etc. It’s basically a fast food place but in a mall. The older ladies there clearly don’t speak great English and it’s hard for them to communicate. What they are good at is taking your order and moving you down the line.
