Authentic diner experience with absolutely incredible food. I love coming here and will continue to as everything I've had is so good. This time I had the carnage skillet, which I didn't think would work well but I was so, so wrong; it's incredible! Absolutely, absolutely come here if you can (menu as of 01/09/26)

A huge shout out to the woman working the entire restaurant by herself today, on December 29th 2025. It kept getting busier and busier and she remained pleasant and attentive.
There was a table that was super unkind to her and it was really sad to see.
Our world needs to do better, but she deserves recognition!
Breezys is one of our favourite places to eat!

My mother in law Carol passed.
So, yesterday was an awful lot. Big emotions. Exhaustion.
As we were cuddling I asked my hubby what would help? He just wanted to go to Breezy’s Diner. He was sad because they came close to his Mum’s Liver and onions. I reminded him there was one in Freelton up highway 6 so that was where we went from Hamilton. Drew had the closest thing to his Mum’s Liver and Onions we could find. A big heartfelt thank you to the staff who took care of us just like family. We were the only ones there. They were kind and attentive.
Sometimes all you need is a good meal to make the world ok.
So, we are facing some challenges but, how blessed are we.
Feeling blessed that there are angels at Breezy's on highway 6 that can create liver and onion magic on a plate. To soothe the soul when words cannot.
Thank you for your kindness.
Sometimes food just feeds the soul.

Restaurant smelled like rotten eggs inside, and utensils were dirty and we hadn’t even ordered yet. Food was okay, service was pretty quick. Seats are in disrepair. Lots of parking though!

This place has been around for 73 years as told to us by wait staff. It felt like it not necessarily in a bad way. The customer base proved that it was around for that long. We had passed by this place for over 30 years and the thought had always crossed our minds to stop and try. I am glad last tuesday we did. The food was beyond average and the service same. The atmosphere as noted above was definitely a 5 star. That is, if you want that really old, quaint, dated and just way before you time feel - this place would give you that. The eggs, bacon, has brown and toast were all above average and would definitely order again. The coffee was way beyond average as I had 2 cups. And that is saying something! Thank you and next time I am in town, I will definitely be visiting.

This place is extremely run down. The owners all drive nice vehicles but want you to pay $20 for a burger while sitting in a booth kept together with tape. Don't even try to use the washrooms. Drive a bit further into a city, if the dining room looks like that just imagine the back where your food is cooked. 😞
I drive by here constantly and always wanted to try it. So I took my mom for breakfast. We had the Breezy breakfast with Rye toast and bacon and coffee.
I found the coffee and water had a salty taste. Not sure if it’s from soft water but didn’t drink either.
The eggs were ok, generous amount of crispy bacon and lots of toast. I didn’t like the potatoes, they had some seasoning that I didn’t care for. Neither of us ate the potatoes.
$45 dollars for a mediocre breakfast is too expensive. I will pass.
