This place has been around for 73 years as told to us by wait staff. It felt like it not necessarily in a bad way. The customer base proved that it was around for that long. We had passed by this place for over 30 years and the thought had always crossed our minds to stop and try. I am glad last tuesday we did. The food was beyond average and the service same. I drive by here constantly and always wanted to try it. So I took my mom for breakfast. We had the Breezy breakfast with Rye toast and bacon and coffee.
I found the coffee and water had a salty taste. Not sure if it’s from soft water but didn’t drink either.
The eggs were ok, generous amount of crispy bacon and lots of toast. I didn’t like the potatoes, they had some seasoning that I didn’t care for. Neither of us ate the potatoes.
$45 dollars...

Fantastic family restaurant! We love to go there whenever we're in the area. Food is delicious; portions are generous; atmosphere is busy and friendly; service is fast and friendly, too! Our server today was Cindy. Lots of booths and tables. Good coffee. Try the club sandwich! Real turkey :)
