Ordered a pizza through Skip. Delivery guy dropped the pizza & it was oozing out of the box 🤢🤮 Contacted Skip & they refunded $18 of a $44 pizza, seriously😱😱 Contacted Bronzie's, they offered to send another pizza ( thx) but when I stated we had reordered from a restaurant with independent delivery there was no offer a replacement pizza for the future. We've been going to Bronzie's for over 30 year's, we'll never be back. If they had offered to replace the pizza another time as a courtesy we might have gone back, but that didn't happen. Terrible experience with the restaurant and the delivery service they use 😡😡

Nice place, home made and sauces and the breaded veal was amazing. The pictures might not look fancy but the flavour was amazing, I had cheese ravioli with meatballs and it was amazing. I would recommend it, if you like homemade dishes and your more about flavour than just a cute dish. Really good.

Would give 6 stars if I could. Have not had a bad meal here in 40 years. I’ve ordered veal parm in a hundred different restaurants and Bronzie’s hands-down is the best. Nothing compares.

An absolute hidden gem in hamilton ! Staff are always sweet . The atmosphere is always comforting whether with family, friends or having a quick bite alone ! The food is naturally on par but in any event it isn't - there is no issue getting things rectified. Definitely suggest this place!

We were at bronzies last night for our first time and I gotta say the veal parmesan is to die for absolutely incredible we will be back soon and the waitress was super super nice 😊😊😊😊😊 Highly RECOMMEND THIS PLACE 👌👌👌

My pizza was cold with almost no pesto or cheese. The fries are the worst 😫 ever & cold. Never again. Atmosphere & service (Jen) was fabulous. A waste of $60 😞

Most authentic tasting Italian food I’ve bought, even compared to very high end restaurants Bronzie’s always wins. It’s the closest to my families home made sauce that I’ve came across. Food always tastes very fresh especially the lasagna and the penne and meatballs. The service on a scale from 1-10 is definitely 1000000…. I asked to pick up a take out order long after their set closing time as I was in and out of the NICU at the hospital across the street and they accommodated me greatly… great food and great service !! Highly recommend
