Hands down one of the best restaurants I’ve ever been to! They accommodated our large group with no notice and our server Erica was awesome! She’s great with recommending the best things (the wild game pie was phenomenal). Thank you so much Erica, the chef, and all of the staff that made our evening possible!
After we left one of the staff even ran 2 blocks to find us because my colleague forgot her sunglasses, it was so sweet of her. I will most definitely return!

Great experience, great food, great service and atmosphere! Went with a big group last minute with no reservation but they had our table ready before we even arrived. A huge shoutout to Erica and the rest of the team. It was such a great, gastronomic and fun night!

We had a group event that fell through and changed plans and 15 of us descended upon the brothers Grimm and were more than just accommodating... They shone! Erica got all our drink orders pronto and every appetizer and entree was beyond expectation and a taste experience of legendary preportions! I highly recommend this restaurant especially for an intimate dining experience. Thank you to the chef and staff. Our group probably ordered everything on the menu and everyone was more than satisfied and happy.

Erica was a phenomenal server and the food was so amazing! If you drink cocktails you have to try the Pina Verde and the duck confit poutine was delicious! Thanks Brothers Grimm and Erica

Went for a birthday dinner here and everything was amazing. It was our first visit but I’ve heard about how good this place was from friends. It did not disappoint, service was great (Thank you Faith!), the food was amazing and everything tasted so fresh and they have a very well put together and cohesive menu. The overall experience was wonderful, they even placed a little decoration on the table since they knew it was a birthday celebration and offer a free dessert for special occasions.
We heard they might be stopping dinner services which is such a shame as everything was so delicious.
Amazing job to everyone involved in making this place run!

My fiancée and I came here to celebrate our first month of being engaged, and it was the perfect spot for a special night out! The ambiance is beautiful—quiet, calm, and it honestly felt like we were transported to Europe. Our server (I wish I had caught her name!) was incredibly kind and attentive, making sure everything went smoothly and we had a wonderful experience.
We ordered the surf & turf, and the steak was cooked to perfection—exactly how we like it. As a sweet surprise, they even brought out a complimentary dessert to help us celebrate!
Highly recommend this place for a romantic evening or any special occasion. We’ll definitely be back!

Nice atmosphere and welcoming service, but with variable entrees from mediocre and skimpy to copious and tasty. Potatoe fries are an emblematic dish in any restaurant,, but the B.G. "frites" were thick, not crispy and as another reviewer noted, too close to Costco for comfort. Value? - Big drinks markup, and grandiose prices for food. Overall, perhaps more Grimm than Brotherly.

My partner and I went to the restaurant this evening for a celebratory dinner. The appetizers we ordered were OK; however, the two steaks we ordered were fatty, not seasoned, and dry. I believe I could not eat almost a third of the steak due to fat. In addition, the fries were not the greatest too.
It also seems like we were forgotten about as we were waiting for our bill for almost 30 minutes. The service and the food did not meet up with the price point.
Great atmosphere, but I don't foresee us visiting again. Hopefully the quality of the food is rectified as it seems other patrons have experienced similar issues.

Service was aloof, slow to serve and rushed (asked to order our mains before apps and drinks even arrived!). Food was “meh” (fatty steak and the rest had zero flavour)…. Atmosphere was cozy. We were so looking forward to an amazing meal and new experience but that did not happen.

Had a great experience here! Absolutely amazing espresso martini and dessert. We tried 3 of the desserts and they were all awesome. Can't wait to go back for a meal.
