Food was amazing staff was very nice and attentive always trying to help good experience very nice dim lighting
If you are in Hamilton, Brothers Grimm Restaurant is a MUST to eat at. By chance we found this little gem and we couldn't have been more pleased with our welcome, the ambience and truly exceptional food! Restaurants that serve wild game (and do it well) are not always easy to find - well look no further. Make a trip to Brothers Grimm, you won't be disappointed. Bonus, the saxophone player was amazing too!!
Its the second time my wife amd I have been there its always a great experience cant wait to come back
First time at this restaurant and we will definitely return. Beautiful atmosphere. It was quiet although it was a slow night with only a few tables filled. A very interesting menu and we tried dishes recommended by our friendly and attentive server. The meal was excellent
Brothers Grimm Bistro had such a nice environment. The staff were super nice and the food was excellent. We will for sure becoming back!
Quiet warm atmosphere. Dim lightning without being too dark. Service was quick and server gave a little history of the resturaunt as well as details on the menu. European game with a Columbian twist pairs unique favors that just work(no other way to explain it) We couldn't fit anymore room in our bellies for dessert so took it to go. Also did not disappoint! Great date night place.
Way overpriced for the quality, amount of good and atmosphere. I get what they're going for, but needs work to be aligned with that pricing.
Another Christmas staff party-lunch enjoyed! The brussels sprouts, the steak and fries, and my chocolate mousse dessert were spot on. You get the feel that you’re sitting in Old Montreal. The food is really good and the space is unique. See you there :)

What a great find! Loved the dark feel of the restaurant. Great staff, excellent service and wonderful food. Would definitely recommend!
The service was a little bit slow, to be honest. I think they were under-staffed? Also, the glass of red wine I ordered was served cold, which I didn't enjoy. Food delicious!

I have mindfully given 2 stars to this restaurant. Steak was tasteless and cold. Sausages were dry. Portion size on each dish was considerably small. Additionally, they charged $6 pp for the cake we cut for birthday event, in spite of asking them beforehand and getting their alignment on no-charge. They also forgot to deduct the reservation fees they had charged. Too much money paid for a very mediocre service and food. Never going there again.

Great place .. was great to be at a place that has some unique offerings .. they took the typical dishes you would expect in a bistro and elevated it . Loved the food !
The food was outstanding!!! This is a Michelin Star quality restaurant. We ordered La Mer Et La Terre. Everything was incredibly flavourful and beautifully presented. I will definitely go back to try something else on the menu.
Nice little restaurant. We had a deadline in that we were attending the Andrea Bocelli concert and although we arrived at 6:20 and told our staff we had to leave by 7:30 and she said that would be fine, we never got our dinner. At 7:25 we asked again where our food was and she said it would be another 15 or 20 minutes before it came out so we cancelled. We had a lovely date night planned and it was an unfortunate way to begin our evening but the concert was truly amazing and we got a bite to eat at the venue.
Our server Maria could have been more attentive. There were only 3-4 tables in use and we waited at times for her to return.
