Buddy's is a local dive bar in the Hamilton region. It offers a cozy atmosphere, plenty of tvs to watch multiple sports matches with your pals and friendly servers. On certain nights (I went on a Saturday) they have live music after 8pm.
The food: Spinach Dip - a classic spinach served with toasted plain pita. It is creamy and just a bit of salt to meet your daily cravings. Served piping hot.
Soup of the day: cream of chicken, served with garlic naan bread - this is a rich homemade broth with chicken base is not overly creamy which I love. This warm soup will perk you right up on a cold day.
Mediterranean Pizza - thin crust pizza with a tomato sauce base. Cut tomatoes, olives, feta, and onions offer a flavourful adventure on every bite.
Bacon Wrapped Scallops - incredibly large scallopss, thick cut bacon and a serious amount of garlic, these are a great shareable for a group. Served with garlic bread to eat up the butter sauce afterwards.
Overall, it is great value for money and I would return again!

Hadn't been here in a decade since we moved. Didn't disappoint one bit. traditional pizza, wings, and a wee bit of beer. Hoping to visit again come the depths of winter to enjoy the wood fireplace. Great place to watch a game too, besides having an iconic neon sign and perfect outdoor patio section.

Had the wings with medium cause my wife doesn't like spicy. I asked about the Buddy's sauce and the quite nice server said she can bring out a bottle. The medium sauce was meh. The Buddy's sauce however is really unique and good. The wings themselves were cooked to perfection. The patio is so nice. Maybe stay away from the edges in fall as stuff drops on you constantly. But apart from the street noise you feel separated from it all. Definitely going back.

Classic old Hamilton bar with above average grub. Won't be winning any Michelin stars, and thank heavens for it. Straightforward and honest food, classics like burgers and fries mixed with a few unusual items like cevapi. Highlight is the ice cold tap beer in a frosty glass mug, nothing better on their excellent patio in the summer.

The best burger I've had in the longest time. So many restaurants cheap out and get frozen patties not them from just the smell you know it's fresh handmade burger and that your taste buds are going to be in for an experience. Can't beat the price either
The food was great, but the service was garbage. Michelle our waitress was condescending and rude. I confronted her and didnt even get an apology. I might go back but my first experience went horribly

Another table also complained about her and spoke to the manager. Overall, it was an uncomfortable and unwelcoming experience. Won’t be returning.
