Ordered a large pizza sub asked for it heated didn’t get a fresh bun because they pulled the bun out of another bag of older sub buns I actually saw them do this. I guess they figured because it was heated lol it would make it fresh again.the sauce was interesting watery heart burn in a squeeze bottle.. it was 12 noon and not very busy. If you are going to serve me a stale bun don’t charge me a fresh sub price lol.. won’t be back. Expensive and not very good quality.

My ham sub was a letdown! The bread was passable, but the mayo and sub sauce were mere whispers, drowned by an oddly assertive lettuce invasion—seriously, lettuce with attitude? Atmosphere sparkled at 4.5/5, but the cost (3/5) didn’t justify the lackluster taste (2/5). A flavorless fiasco that left my taste buds sulking in disappointment. Better luck next time, sandwich gods!

With shrinkflation going around in restaurant/ food chains, this place should be your go-to for subs, wraps, gyros, burgers, fries, etc. Guaranteed good value for your money. Friendly, hardworking staff.

Buddy’s Subs makes a truly impressive poutine— huge portions and delicious, easily a contender for the best in the city. The menu has enough variety that there’s something for everyone, which is a big part of its appeal. That said, I’ve noticed frequent price increases. I do wish there was a bit more transparency around pricing, as the menu notes that prices can change without notice, which feels frustrating as a customer. Also, the hours listed on Google are not currently accurate. For example, a salad that used to be affordable is now $20, which makes it tough to justify regular visits. Overall, great food and service but a few areas could be improved.
Staff is incredibly pleasant. The sandwich artist behind the counter took her time to create an almost perfect and absolutely delicious sandwich (extra star). Footlong Club Sub - $12.42 - The sub sauce may be the best in the city, great flavour! - The bread is delicious, very fresh with the perfect texture to hold everything together without getting soggy. - Perfect amount of veggies and sauces - The only negative was I would’ve really liked to see a little more meat than this. One slice of turkey and two slices of deli ham is pretty laughable at $13. Two more slices of each meat and I could easily give 5 stars.
Will I be back? Depends, maybe if I see an updated photo on instagram of a sub with more meat than mine 👾

Best subs in Hamilton. Assorted subs are way better then subway or MrSub. $3 dollars cheaper too. Gyros are great with lots of meat and awesome tzatziki sauce. Roast beef subs are awesome. They put a proper amount of meat on every sub. Its not like a firehouse sub, but it is definitely a way better amount of meat then subway or MrSub. They slice their own meats, and I think that makes it way better for some reason.
