Every time I’ve ordered online from this restaurant it’s been absolutely horrible. Not once have they gotten the order correct. Something is always missing or made incorrectly. Whoever is responsible for making sure the orders are correct before leaving the kitchen does a terrible job.

Great atmosphere, lots of TVs and space. Staff and service were friendly and attentive. Wings were cooked good, lacked a little flavor with the dry rub.

This place has gone downhill over the last few years. Went here Saturday and our order came out wrong (not only this visit) and I was asked if I wanted another root beer and it came back as a Pepsi. Seating in the booths have rips in them. Wings barely have any sauce on them and look like the sauce was slightly drizzled on. I used to love this place when it first opened and gave it many chances but this is the last time.

The service was good but my meal was disappointing. I ordered the street tacos ( you have to pay for a side), I got 3 mini tacos maybee 2 bites each. $12 for 1 taco ( the 3 combined )is insane and very misleading. I maybee had a total of 2 boneless bites in the tacos.

The food was fine, the service was a joke! Waited 35 mins for someone to take our drink order because our server was confused and upset about another tables bill she messed up. . The manager eventually came over and 1 by 1 , over another 20 mins we recieved drinks. We hoped the service would get better after the initial "confusion "and it got worse. It was an absolute nightmare all the way up until the wrong bills at the end. I am a server so I know the industry well, and I am usually very sympathetic of servers but My God! Brook, you need to find another profession girl. Serving is not for you! Never going there again.

service can be slow sometimes so we did take out and wings were ready when they said. Nice and crispy and proper Buffalo style

It's fine, typical franchise place to eat. Food is fine prices aren't great for the value. There's nothing special about the wings that sets it apart from others. Annnnnd I'm guessing I'll get the generic response like everyone else. Pretty much done with them.

I have dined in, took out and tried door dash with Buffalo Wild wings. Every time the food was consistent. Our family go to is the traditional wings but have recently tried other menu items. Our 2 favourites have been the pretzel sticks and cauliflower bites. Ex ney to the chicken quesadillas. They’re flavourless, too much cheese and almost soggy.Overall, definitely a quick family friendly restaurant. The location in Hamilton is clean and the staff is polite. They do need work on their attentiveness.Doing well: their selection of flavours for the wings.Vegetarian options: Needs workDietary restrictions: Needs work

Tues. Oct. 25, 6:30-9:30 pm." Manager does not have the skill set to manage a large restaurant"One server was attending to our party of 12 and too inexperienced for a party of 12. Could not get a drink with out waiting 15-20 minutes and having to remind her. She brought the wrong drinks to our table numerous times, got our food orders all wrong and forgot to place my wife and my order. The rest of the group was finished eating before our onion rings came, they were stone cold and still no wings (why was the manager not looking in on the green horn waitress). The total time we were at this restaurant there were always 3 other servers hanging out with the person at the front working the take out counter, texting on thier phones and blocking the main aisle way (what kind of manager allows this) The manager should have allocated an extra waiter to assist ours. We told our waitress just to cancel our order completely, at this point the manager came over and said she could get our order out soon but by this time the rest of the group had finished eating 20 minutes earlier, all the manager offered was free onion rings, we were not happy and wanted nothing to do with their food or service. To top it off the group waited 30 minutes for our bills, we should have just walked out. When the manager is lackadaisical so too will be the staff. Our group will never go back again! Terrible service!!!

Visited the Centennial Parkway location with a group of 12 friends. Service was horrible. waited 30 minutes to find out they didn't have the wie I ordered and that was only because I asked. Ordered a Corona instead only to find out it was the last bottle they had in stock. Ordered dinner waited another 35 minutes till our Onion rings came out which were cold, asked for waitres to get fresh and where were our wings. Told our wings had been given to another person in our party, she then proceeded to go over to him while he was eating off the patter and took the wings from him and brought them to us!!!! Isaid NO WAY cancel my order. Stephanie (Manager) then came over and insisted she could get our meal out in minutes I said no thanks cancel my order. She then offered FREE Onion rings and again I stated I wanted to cancel my order. Finally order was cancelled and I asked for my bil waited another 30 minutes for teh bill. Worst service ever. Will never go back and will advise all any one that asks that service is terrible.

Me and my fiancé went to this location on Saturday night. The bar was empty but the service was beyond atrocious. Our server was rude and non existent. We were treated like children when asking for a drink. The server advised she is told to be a avoidant. I explained how that is a problem even if people are drinking , as we cannot order food if she don’t come to our table. The manager on duty Saturday September 10th was also disrespectful and rude. I was personally very kind , and respectful when discussing my concerns but was only treated like a delinquent. I would avoid this location at all costs….. your bar was empty on a Saturday and I now know why . Wake up and treat your guests better.

We went on Friday evening with family and we received very poor service. The drinks and food took forever to come. As well, when we received our food, the app had been given to another table. My husband also received a raw hamburger. My chicken tasted like it was freezer burned. We will not be returning.

The food was decent and the surfers were pleasant but the main reason for the two star is that Thursday bogo for boneless wings used to be buy one get one free.... That's also what the website stated but when we went there he was buy one get one half off... The server said the website is American so they can't honor that.So we decided to get 15 wings and then 50% off another 15 wings..... We picked four flavors but only received 20 wings...five of each flavor... We brought us to the service attention and the manager took the missing 10 wings off our bill.Needless to say this all created a less than amazing experience ?
