General manger Samantha is literally amazing anytime she’s working she’s always so nice and dealing with a crazy amount of customers usually alone and still my food always right and fast , she deserves some more credit for her hard work

So I go once in a while as it’s near my work BUT today I ordered from UE for here and the driver stole my grandchild’s sundae as I called the restaurant and they talked about how they had to give the man a tray for the someday and the iced tea because he had that as well as a bag of food and carrying a drink a sundae and a bag is difficult when you have to walk it through a mall, however when I talk to the Burger King store I spoke with Samantha who was very helpful & empathized with me, which meant the world she was kind offered a few different solutions to which would best suit me. She spoke very elegantly. She was very polite. I really think this lady deserves a promotion. I don’t know why she isn’t the top dog because she’s wonderful & helpful and an asset to the company

Some of the staff are rude and then there are staff that call in for the stupid things like oh I can't come to work because I am on my period or someone else calls in for an other employee or the food is very salty and some employees don't wear gloves or hairnets I don't think that some of the people who work there should be in the food industry maybe they should get a better job and not to complain about it to the costmers also if the web site says that they are open at a certain time then they should be open for deliverys and for the people who have to go to work at a certain time

This place has gone even more downhill over the years. I ordered a impossible whopper and waited patiently as it was made. Problem was I waited an extra 5 mins with it under the warmer while the employees argued with each other about how they dont accept debit.
I get home to unwrap my burger and notice the patty is burnt to a crisp. Completely hard, black, and inedible.. even with the discount on Wednesday it was a waste of money and my time.
