At first I thought i was mistakenly given the meat burger instead of the veggie, i called the store and i sent them the pic and they clarified that the burger is veggie and what its made off. Great customer service. I loved it

Terrible experience at the Burger King in the Jackson Square food court. I asked one of the ladies about my order, but she was on her phone, looked at me, and then went right back to it without saying anything. I asked another worker, and she just told me to wait. A moment later, I heard the first lady (the one on her phone) yelling like crazy that my order was ready. When I went to pick it up, she slammed it on the counter with a lot of force and was extremely rude. Very poor customer service and no respect for customers.

recently stopped by Burger King and was pleasantly surprised at how fresh and flavorful everything was. The Whopper lived up to its name—juicy, perfectly grilled, and full of that signature flame-broiled taste. The fries were crispy and golden, and my order came out hot and fresh. Staff were friendly and quick, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Whether you’re craving a classic burger or trying one of their seasonal specials, Burger King consistently delivers on taste and value.

I had the worst experience yesterday at this location. The employees that work there were extremely racist towards me and especially one employee. I was in line trying to order something when the employee looked at me and walked away ignoring me. At that point, I tried to order by myself on the machine but it didn’t work so I had to go back to order in person. I was still first in line and when the employee came back to take my order, she told me in the rudest way possible that I need to move because the person behind me was first when they weren’t. Therefore, I expressed to her that in fact I was first in line. Nonetheless, she told me that she doesn’t care and that I need to move. I got extremely upset, because first she ignored me and now she refused to take my order so I demanded to speak with her manager. Her manager was even worse, she laughed at my face with her employee disregarding any of the concerns I was expressing and they were also making faces and hand gestures at me. As well as another employee there, started yelling at me and threatening to call security. All three of them were extremely disrespectful towards me that even the people in line vouched for me, as they made it seem like I was crazy and started the problem. They were not treating anyone else like this, except me because I was wearing the hijab. I have never ever had such an encounter in my life and this was purely disgusting. I will never be coming to this location ever. I hope that anyone who reads my review will not support them as well.

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent visit to Burger King. I found a long strand of hair in my sandwich, which is absolutely unacceptable. When I tried to bring it to their attention and asked for a replacement, the staff refused to offer a new sandwich or any kind of resolution. The lack of concern for customer hygiene and poor service was truly shocking. I’ve always enjoyed Burger King, but after this experience, I’m seriously reconsidering where I spend my money. I will not be returning.

I had a terrible experience at this Burger King. I waited over 20 minutes for my food while other customers who ordered after me were being served first. When I politely asked the server about the delay, she was extremely rude and told me I still had to wait. Her behavior felt very discriminatory, and she ended up calling security on me for no reason. I felt disrespected and targeted. This kind of treatment is completely unacceptable — I will not be returning
