How does such a giant corporation not have lids to fit their coffee cups? Spilled my coffee all over myself.
I have been a customer here for many years, but my recent visit was very disappointing. The service from the manager was unprofessional and dismissive — when I raised a concern, there was little interest or effort shown to address it. Unfortunately, the food was also cold and did not appear fresh. Given this establishment’s long history, I expected much better. I would strongly recommend that management consider customer service training to improve the overall experience for guests.

I visited this location today at around 2:30 a.m. during the midnight shift and had a very unpleasant experience.
The girl working at the drive through was extremely rude and unprofessional.
I don’t know her name, but her behavior was unacceptable and left me feeling very uncomfortable.
I hope management looks into this and provides better customer service in the future.

My family and me agreed to order out tonight. We ordered off the Burger King app which cost $100. What im about to say has nothing to do with the delivery driver. However we ordered a total of 4 drinks and only got 3. Mind you they didn't have any ice in them. Then the one bag arrived open. We ordered 4 whopper combos and everyone likes their burgers different. However not 1 burger came the way that we wanted it to. It's like they were pre-made with half of the toppings missing and taken right out if the fridge and put into a bag. You think something that cost that much money they would have taken their time and made sure everything was right. I knew something was off when it only took about 20 minutes to get prepared and delivered. Mind you this is our go-to location because its only 10 minutes away. I've never had any issues ordering through the app until tonight. We would appreciate if they did it properly considering the amount of money we spent.
Whoppers are the best burgers ever!... well almost, but they are a quality go to when it comes to a good burger.

Great to sit and eat or for something on the run or even on the way home. I'm still rating BK fries as best in the biz. I am finding the high chairs to be uncomfortable. They cut into your under thighs... Wondering if they are franchise standard. Each store may not be able to change them out..

Great prices here in comparison to other burger places. It was okay food, and it appeared clean. Just noticed an awful lot of people just dropping by to use the bathrooms, both male and females which seemed odd? 🤭

I order from this burger king regularly from Uber eats app. The only problem is Uber eats app does not give the option for extra mayo or gravy. I have to call the store to add both every time. Please chage your Uber eats menu to add extra mayo and gravy PLEASE!
Attended 24 hr Burger King Upper Centennial Jul25/25 at 8 am. Drive thru closed, Restaurant closed. No service signs posted.
