I got the Whopper promotion. The burger was delicious and the flame-grilled taste was phenomenal. The staff were nice and they answered the phone twice for questions I had about the promotion. I would 100% come back to this location for the customer service and the good food.

Went through the drive thru today. Wasn't asked for my code when placing an order. Then gave my code at the window (12k points for a whopper combo) & was asked next time to give the code when ordering. She then tried charging me $9 saying I had to place my order online? Safe to say I drive off & wont be back to this location

Waited over half hour for my food then asked where my food was they lost my receipt and had served many people while I waited to actually get me food no apology or nothing extra for my time not happy at all terrible service

Went there yesterday afternoon and the girl serving me was so polite, attentive and put condiments in my bag without me asking. I think that this Burger King has the best service out of the other ones I’ve been to in Hamilton.
