I went on a Whopper Wednesday and had a Whopper and a snack box. The Whopper was pretty good and the snack box a good deal. It came with fries, onion rings and 4 mozzarella cheese fries(sticks) and 2 dips. I also had a Bacon King recently and that was actually a really good burger. I've eaten here a few times and the staff have always been friendly and the place is clean.
Customer service is horrible. Order taken incorrectly at drive through when going to pick up at the window explained that order is incorrectly. Person servicing had attitude saying we ordered incorrectly not only that but continued to state that we were wrong rather than solving the problem. Finally a manager came to the window and said he would correct and of course changed separately rather than meal cost. Even when that was done handed drink and still did not supply the rest of the order. Finally asked where the fries were and was handed a bag with fries inside all six pieces of fries this is not the first time the attitude at this Burger King will never buy from there again.

Paid 23 bucks for two meals and the sandwiches were so small I finished them in a couple bites (whopper and vegan burger), and left a disgusting aftertaste, would not recommend

Always quick and great service, my favourite location
The worst experience I had in my life at a Burger King anywhere in the world. This guy in this photo is very unprofessional and doesn’t even know how to speak to the customers at all. I was waiting in the line to place my order and the gentleman in front of my queue asked this guy for something. And he stared to shout at the customer and yelled at him. The scene was very ugly and all the customers were disgusted for this staff behavior. Some of the people including myself left without even placing the order wondering why Burger King had to open a restaurant here just to insult and yelled at people and also why Burger King had to hire this type of staff at first place to serve the customers. These people not even worth to work in this kind of industry. Hope you’ll change these type of staff soon.

This is the worst Burger King, the staff are very rude, no customer service. I went to the Drive-thru with my son, I got an emergency call, so I had to answer the call. My window was still up few minutes later I pulled my window down to place my order I was told, I would not serve you. I'm taking this to the media and Facebook. Something needs to be done.
