Today I visited this Burger King location, and the fries were extremely salty. Since I have high blood pressure, I politely mentioned it to the staff. However, their response was very disrespectful and mocking. They even asked for additional payment just to replace the fries, which is both surprising and completely against the idea of customer satisfaction. Speaking to customers in such a manner is unacceptable. The staff at this branch clearly need proper training in communication and basic courtesy.

I bought milk from this Burger King, and it tastes bitter — very bitter! This milk was meant for a child. Fortunately, my child has just learned to speak and was able to tell me; otherwise, the consequences could have been very serious! The staff said it’s not their problem. I have serious concerns about the food safety at this location. Burger King should give me an explanation.

This brunch has the best service, all the employees are very nice , kind and polite.

Customer Feedback Regarding Service Experience
On September 11th at approximately 8:30 p.m., I visited your Burger King location for the second time after picking up a friend from the airport. Unfortunately, both visits resulted in an extremely disappointing experience.
It appears that if a customer is not in a vehicle and using the drive-thru, they are essentially ignored. On both occasions, I stood at the counter waiting for someone to acknowledge me—whether with eye contact, a greeting, or simply a “I’ll be right with you.” No such acknowledgment was made. This left us feeling invisible and disregarded as customers.
During this visit, I had a senior citizen with me, and we simply wanted to order drinks. Instead, all of the attention was directed to the drive-thru, suggesting that in-store customers are not a priority. The lack of basic service and courtesy was unacceptable.
As a former Burger King manager in my youth, I was always grateful for the training and opportunity the company provided. However, it is disappointing to see how far the standards have fallen. Beyond the poor service, it is disheartening to see that young people in Canada no longer appear to have the same opportunities to work at Burger King, missing out on the valuable life experience that an entry-level job can provide.
To make matters worse, we nearly completed a debit card transaction, only for the staff member to walk away and continue serving drive-thru customers. At that point, I canceled the payment and we left. This experience was frustrating enough that I will likely avoid this location—and possibly Burger King altogether—in the future.
Burger King needs to do better. The level of service I experienced was unacceptable and far below the standards I once knew the company to uphold.

Seriously worst service i’ve ever had. Ignored us for 10 minutes while making eye contact, finally came to the window and mid order slammed the window shut in my face multiple times. No customer service skills, and lazy attitude. Wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone.

I have been in the store place my order 15mins ago and am still waiting for my food .why the employees are making the drive thru order first before people who order in the restaurant . Manager of this location fix the problem. My food finally came and it was the wrong order .Manager of this restaurant hire more people or close down the store still u can provide better service
I recently visited this Burger King location on June 30th at 9 PM and was impressed with the exceptional service provided by the staff. My veggie Whopper burgers and combos were prepared accurately, showcasing attention to detail. This location stands out as one of the best Burger King experiences I've had.
Disappointed with our visit to Burger King this evening. They messed up my daughter’s order and gave her fries instead of onion rings. But the most disturbing part was watching a staff member take off his shoes and stand on a table in his socks to adjust the TV above. He then put his shoes back on, walked to the back, came out on his phone, and left again, without cleaning the table he stood on. We were there for about 30 minutes and it was never wiped down. Extremely unhygienic and honestly just gross. Not what I expect from a food establishment.
I had a really disappointing experience at this Burger King location. My bacon and egg sandwich had a hair in it — absolutely disgusting. When I brought it to the staff’s attention, the woman working didn’t offer me a refund or even apologize properly. I was so grossed out I didn’t want a replacement sandwich, so I just asked for a juice instead. Not only did she give me attitude and dirty looks, but she also didn’t refund the price difference. Completely unprofessional and unhygienic. I won’t be returning.
