I have been in the store place my order 15mins ago and am still waiting for my food .why the employees are making the drive thru order first before people who order in the restaurant . Manager of this location fix the problem. My food finally came and it was the wrong order .Manager of this restaurant hire more people or close down the store still u can provide better service

My veggie Whopper burgers and combos were prepared accurately, showcasing attention to detail. This location stands out as one of the best Burger King experiences I've had.

Disappointed with our visit to Burger King this evening. They messed up my daughter’s order and gave her fries instead of onion rings. But the most disturbing part was watching a staff member take off his shoes and stand on a table in his socks to adjust the TV above. He then put his shoes back on, walked to the back, came out on his phone, and left again, without cleaning the table he stood on. We were there for about 30 minutes and it was never wiped down. Extremely unhygienic and honestly just gross. Not what I expect from a food establishment.

I had a really disappointing experience at this Burger King location. My bacon and egg sandwich had a hair in it — absolutely disgusting. When I brought it to the staff’s attention, the woman working didn’t offer me a refund or even apologize properly. I was so grossed out I didn’t want a replacement sandwich, so I just asked for a juice instead. Not only did she give me attitude and dirty looks, but she also didn’t refund the price difference. Completely unprofessional and unhygienic. I won’t be returning.

This is the worst burger king I've ever been too. The staff were on their phones not taking orders, the floor was so dirty everywhere I walked my shoes stuck to the ground. It was neglected and completely filthy, it made me think If the dining are is this disgusting what goes on behind the counter, I won't be returning. That place needs management or someone to step in and see what's going on.

Ordered 2 can done breakfast sandwiches. Waited 15 minutes for it to be made in the parking lot. We got home and the buns were stale and not toasted, and the coffee smelled something terrible and was not drinkable. I do not know what was put in it but I have never had a coffee I couldn’t drink.

Food was good but when I brought up these dead bugs everywhere to the staff they didn't seem too concerned. If that's what the customers can see I wonder what the kitchen is like. I won't be going back based on the response I got from staff.

this is a worst burger king ever i saw it evethings is money even for mayonnaise they don’t accept coupon codes by numbers they need it by physical i never saw worst burger king like that

I went on a Whopper Wednesday and had a Whopper and a snack box. The Whopper was pretty good and the snack box a good deal. It came with fries, onion rings and 4 mozzarella cheese fries(sticks) and 2 dips. I also had a Bacon King recently and that was actually a really good burger. I've eaten here a few times and the staff have always been friendly and the place is clean.
Customer service is horrible. Order taken incorrectly at drive through when going to pick up at the window explained that order is incorrectly. Person servicing had attitude saying we ordered incorrectly not only that but continued to state that we were wrong rather than solving the problem. Finally a manager came to the window and said he would correct and of course changed separately rather than meal cost. Even when that was done handed drink and still did not supply the rest of the order. Finally asked where the fries were and was handed a bag with fries inside all six pieces of fries this is not the first time the attitude at this Burger King will never buy from there again.
