There is never anyone in line and yet they ask you to park out front to wait. There aren't any designated waiting spots.
As I am writing this, I am sitting outside. I just got my food and not a single vehicle went through the drive-thru while I waited.
I'm still pretty certain that they forgot part of my order one day and denied it when I went back -- unless my dog went into the bag and ate the packaging as well as the food.
The design of the drive-thru is the worst I've ever seen. It is impossible to get close to the window without passing it and backing up.
I first sent a review through their web site and no one responded. Seems that poor service is top down.

Still no response. I just added a photo of their 5 piece French toast... I'd be embarrassed to serve that.
Unfortunately, I'm going to have to go back because my son enjoys the French toast sticks and I've got a subscription to the car wash next door (much better service there).

Rude employee went to get a kids meal with orange juice $6.99 and i asked where the toy was and she was confused and said oh i didnt charge you for the toy $1.88 toy is supposed to come free with the meal i paid for the toy extra and walked out

Extremely Disappointing Experience at Burger King. I had an incredibly disappointing visit to this place. The quality of the food was far below expectations, with orders not prepared as requested. Additionally, the service was appalling. The manager, Robin, was openly disrespectful towards his staff, creating a tense and uncomfortable atmosphere. This lack of professionalism extended to how customers were treated, failing to meet basic expectations of service. Overall, this location fails to uphold the standards of quality and respect one would expect from a well-known establishment. I strongly recommend avoiding this Burger King to save yourself the frustration and poor dining experience.

My friend was initially told that he would undergo five days of paid training, and afterward, he would need to provide his SIN details to begin his payroll. However, after completing 37 hours of training over five days, the manager decided not to hire him and refused to pay for the training hours. When he approached them about the payment, they were rude and claimed he wouldn’t be paid because he wasn’t working full-time. Be cautious before considering joining this place.
