Don’t bother going through the drive-thru. Had a simple order of 3 items and they told me to wait in front. There were no parking spots so I was forced to park at the end in front of pizza nova. I waited almost 20 minutes when they said my food would take 3-5 minutes, so I figured I’d go in and pick it up. They say they looked “everywhere and couldn’t find my car”.
First of all, how do they know what car I’m in, since I literally took 30 seconds to pay for my order and went to park.
Second of all, I know drive-thru’s have a timer and you don’t want cars to wait there.
Third of all, if you ACTUALLY looked “everywhere”, you wpuld have seen I was just parked further down.
So if anyone orders in the drive-thru here, refuse to park in front because they won’t “look everywhere” to ensure good service and bring your food. They just care about their drive-thru timer.

Just ordered at this drive thru tonight and had the WORST experience. We ordered burger combos and some pies. Firstly, The fires were VERY cold and stale. Second, we ordered apple pies and got peach pies. Hear me out we go back in the drive thru and say we ordered apple pies and got peach pies, and the lady in the drive thru gives attitude for no reason at all. We pull up to the window and are very respectful throughout the whole conversation yet she remains to have a very bad attitude. She says there aren’t any pies and we just ask if we can get something of equal value perhaps like a cone or something. She replies NO. and that she can only refund and we have to return both pies. EXTREMELY RUDE. P.s this is the girl with the glasses working here. Never coming back here again if I could give 0 STARS I would. Absolutely disgusting behaviour. Manager needs to speak with the employees.

went to this location earlier with two friends and sister and what happened was absolutely disgusting. We ordered burgers, fries, drinks, and decided to share an ice cream. My friend first noticed it tasted off, but we didn’t think much of it. I ended up eating the rest because I love ice cream—BIG mistake.
I nearly threw up when I tasted a horrible chemical flavor that actually burned my mouth. I spit it out and found a white chunk in the ice cream that smelled like chlorine. Yes, CHLORINE.
We immediately called the store to let them know (not even asking for compensation—just wanting to prevent this from happening again). Instead of showing any concern, the employee said, “someone else ordered ice cream and didn’t complain,” then put us on hold and hung up on us. No apology, nothing.
This is completely unacceptable. My throat is burning , friends stomach hurts and now I’m worried because my little sister ate some too which she said her throat burn as well. Serving contaminated food and treating customers this way is beyond dangerous and irresponsible.
Avoid this place unless you want chemicals in your dessert.

I could literally taste cleaning products in the ice cream and my sister ends up spitting out particles and it stinks of literally chlorine, when I called the place to let them know the girl continues to tell me I am lying, I wasn’t even trying to get a refund It was more of a heads up if anything but unfortunately she was extremely rude and did not care to take this in consideration for other people so please watch out!
