Went there to pick up lunch order for my man, a double whopper combo with Cheese that's what I always order for him . I get to him some ten minutes away give him the bag and he calls me minutes after leaving the laneway . He asked if I ordered a double or a single whopper. I always order double with cheese I told him. He tells me the bag contains a single whopper. The lady at the drive thru or whomever should have put the receipt in the bag did not . The bag contained no receipt. My man, later that evening on his way home stopped into this location and informed whom he said was the supervisor of this mix up figured they would correct his order, no big deal. The lady working said she would have To investigate that she would need to talk to the daytime supervisor and that they would get back to him within a day or so. It's been two weeks. Not a word back from any sort of management from this location. Very poor customer service. We are still waiting to get that call from management to resolve this matter. If and when management finally does reach out and correct this what we thought of as a minor issue , quick easy fix and go on our way has lingered now for two weeks. Hopefully we can follow this with a positive update. If not we'll hey we got scammed by big business for a patty and some cheese... Good job burger king. Hit the working folks who support you. Until this matter is resolved I will be going to any other location rather than this one or hey Harveys is just up the road.. have it your way is what they say at Harveys.

Recently tried this location of Burger King, I have to say, they've really upped their game! The Chicken Nuggets were crispy on the outside making for a satisfying snack or meal option. As for the Impossible Whopper, The flavor and texture were spot on, and paired with fresh toppings, it was made for a delicious and guilt-free burger experience. Plus, the service was fast and friendly, making the whole dining experience enjoyable. Can't wait to come back for more!I got good image in eyes of my friends

It’s never that busy but yet you will still wait 10 minutes out front after going through the drive-through while you wait for your food that will come out cold. I’ve had no ice in my pop, and it was warm. I’ve gotten home and they forgot Food. I was asked to take a picture of the hard bun on the hamburger and a picture of there, being no ice in the drinks as well as a Missing Hamburger. By the time customer service got back to me An hour later I was supposed to have pictures of all this. I would definitely avoid this Burger King location. The people are very rude and practically throw the bag out the window into your car. I just tried the upper James Burger King location and that is where you wanna go. It’s very nice friendly staff, and your order will be made perfectly and still be hot. There’s a reason why it’s so busy at the Upper James location, and so dead at the Rymal Road location Trust me don’t waste your money at the Rymal Road store it’s WAY MORE worth IT going to upper James and having to wait knowing you’re gonna get good food and good service
