I ordered 6 dips from the kiosk due to that being the limit . The employee in the back took my order print out and proceeded to show the other employees , point and laugh about how “absurd” my order was “haha look at this person only ordering dips “ the employee was doing this instead of getting me my order . The most simplest order in the world , grab the sauce and put it in the bag , don’t try to show off to your female co workers to try and gain some points with them . Super embarrassing behavior, it made me feel sub human to be ridiculed and mocked by the staff at this location . The service industry and customer service in this province has gone down hill and I think we know why . It was a fair skinned Indian teen with dark hair who was a male with a clean shaven face . I couldn’t enjoy my food afterwards after thinking of this incident . I complained yo the supervisor or manager at the time and nothing was done . I will NEVER RETURN to this location . This isn’t how you treat people . Some people watch you work while they wait for their order , you’re in the public eye , behave like it !

I've never had a burger king breakfast and today is my last. This morning wanted to try out their crossiontwich with coffee. Their sandwich was below part but what really got me was the so called coffee. It was water down so bad I only tasted milk, sugar and water. They remade it and after waiting for thr coffee to finish it was even worse. I watched the whole process of them making the coffee. The single pouch of coffee doesn't even have any time to get any flavor from the beens before being extruded out.

Go here with my wife every few weeks when she has her pregnant whopper craving lol.
Its a fairly new location and the quality of the food is fairly decent, a big sign is I've never had brown/slimy lettuce which is a burger king staple very often lol.
The staff are polite and the place is fairly clean aswell, but there have been a couple times its been messy on tables and floors. It is upper james so its to be expected to a degree that some people just don't clean up after themselfs, and the homeless are another story.
Only reason ive given it 4 stars and not 5. All and all a great BK location.

This location has really fallen off things listed on menu that they don't have, and after you've paid they tell you it's non refundable! One day I had to wait over 45 min for a burger, couldn't even eat my lunch break was over!

The night staff is very professional and provided excellent customer service . shoutout to The female staff member at the drive thru, who displayed a positive attitude after 3 am in the morning which is rare these days.
Oh my gosh went at 8:30 for my order and the girl is soo bad at expediting so confused also not even listening to us never gonna go back . Worst experience
