ordered 2 burrito bowls on uber eats chicken was so bland and tasteless.. Felt like I am chewing a rubber! veggies were also not fresh it was all filled with just rice and very less chicken and veggies! Dont waste your money here there's alot of good burritos in town!

Saturday night I had the pleasure of ordering a burrito bowl and had some of the best customer service I've seen! These guys were exceptional and I could tell they cared about the work they did. Lakshman is amazing. He greets everyone when they enter and manages the store very well.I think even 5 stars is less for him. Anytime you visit, he effortlessly does an excellent job.
The lady working on Nov 13th at 22:20 is extremely terrible and rude. I don't think what a customer service term means. I almost ended up in an argument and she made my burrito terrible. She is full of attitude and I don't think a very good store like this should have someone like her.
I am visiting this store from last 8 years and never experienced this before.

a poor excuse of a burrito. they put little to no chicken on it and the chicken that IS there doesnât even taste like chicken and is too tough to chew. they put wayy too much rice and not enough of anything else. no sauces no toppings just rice bro. and the rice doesnât even have flavour. just tastes like tomatoes. i used to love burrito boyz and order it all the time but this had me really disappointed and i will not order from here or from any other locations again.

$27 for a burrito with extra protein and guacamole. Definitely didnât get the extra chicken and the employee that served me should be ashamed with what she handed me. Do not recommend this establishment.

Amazing food but the highlight is definitely the amazing staff! I walk in and im immediately greeted with a smile, as I go there regularly and order the same thing the staff already know my order once I walk in through the door! Especially the gentleman on the grill and another lady that usually prepares the order. Amazing overall experience!
Came in with my three kids and had such a great experience at Burrito Boyz on 66 King St. This young man working was so cheerful and respectful, I had to ask his name: Vishesh. His energy and kindness made the whole place feel welcoming. Iâve been to the Centennial Parkway location where the woman and staff there are miserable and very unfriendly and **Upper James Which is a little better than the Centennial restaurant , but nothing compared to the King Street location, and the service there doesnât compare. This is hands-down the best Burrito Boyz location in Hamilton The food even taste betterâ I wonât be going anywhere else.
