Absolutely unacceptable experience. I was refused access to the washroom and told it’s “only for customers.” On top of that, the staff member showed a very rude attitude and spoke with zero respect. No empathy, no professionalism, just arrogance. This was humiliating and completely unnecessary. I will never return and do not recommend this place to anyone.
