Ihve been there a lot of times to had authentic Indian taste food . Food aroma is makes me fall in love with yummy food. I always have pani puri and Chana bhatura so filling and delicious food. Highly recommend this place in Limeridge and staff there is too sweet and welcoming . Overall had wonderful place to eat .

We ordered food that had potatoes, and it was a terrible experience. The potatoes had a horrible smell — clearly spoiled. It’s been 4 days, and we’re still feeling sick after eating it. This is completely unacceptable. Serving rotten food is a serious health risk. We trusted this place, but after this, we will never order again. Please take food safety seriously!

I have visited this restaurant numerous times; the meal is excellent and well worth the money, and the staff is incredibly quick. The person who runs the kitchen is Arban Sharma. He pays close attention to your order and is quite courteous.

Absolutely terrible experience at Butter Chicken Roti. This place is supposed to be a fast food joint, but the service was unbelievably slow — I waited over 40 minutes for a simple order. On top of that, the staff were shockingly rude and unprofessional. When I politely asked about the delay, I was met with attitude and disrespectful language, not just toward me but also toward other customers.

It's one thing to be understaffed or busy, but it's another to treat paying customers with zero courtesy. This kind of behaviour is unacceptable in any business, especially one in the hospitality industry. I won't be returning, and I wouldn't recommend this place.
