The food quality was outstanding, but the true highlight was the remarkable service even as the tables began to fill up. Every staff member anticipated our needs, worked seamlessly as a team, and treated us with genuine warmth and professionalism. It was clear they enjoyed their work and cared deeply about the guest experience, creating a level of service that felt bespoke. From start to finish, it was exceptional. Last night, my partner and I visited Victoria's for the first time. From the moment I walked in, the staff was attentive and thoughtful. We came early for our reso and had a drink at the bar while we waited for our table. The bartenders made me a delicious drink based on my preferences. Shout out to Brendan who was so knowledgeable and a great host. I can't remember the other bartender, but he was also amazing. When it came time for dinner, our server, Nicole, was incredible and helped guide us through the menu. My partner and I shared a Caesar salad, Ribeye with truffle butter, the Beet and Swiss Chard side, and the Potato Aligot. I think we both audibly “mmmmm”'d every bite of steak. Perfection. Nicole was such a great server and personality. We will definitely be returning. The food was divine and the service was top tier. Lois, Taylor and the rest of the team sure know how to take care of guests.

I had the filet mignon, and my husband had the rib eye. We both thought it was the best steak we have ever had. Service was amazing. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone! Price was $$$$ but you get what you pay for.

Amazing experience! We have been wanting to visit this Restuarant for a while and so glad we did. The service and friendliness was impecable. Taylor was our server and amazing! Leah took over at the end since we were last ones there and was just as wonderful. The food was FANTASTIC! Highly recommend the Scallop and Foie toast appy - it was incredible! Steak was everything and more, tender, juicy and tasty, it was a special that evening — Alberta Beef with Wagu A5 with maple sea salt...Scrumptious! A new hot spot for us for sure for fine dining!
