I went here for a late lunch and bought a chicken shawarma pita ….it was so good, especially the fresh bread and seasoned chicken!! I never knew this place was there, but I will now be a regular customer!

The old lady making the shwarma plates literally puts almost no chicken on your large plate... now on my way to grab a pizza slice because I just paid 15 dollars for a BOX OF RICE. Huge box of rice though, I must say. Never again.

The food is good. Unfortunately, the lady who serves your food is extremely rude. Apparently because of her culture, the management conveyed that there is nothing they can do. She glares at you and purposely won’t make your order properly... pretending to not understand you. Everyone has a bad day once in a while; however this lady is horrible on a continuous basis.

Amazing pizza, amazing poutine, amazing staff. Even when it’s busy (and it’s usually busy, a sign of a good spot), staff is able to keep the line moving and stick to their promised pick-up time.

Excited to eat great food, finally found a place that rocked it. And the prices are not gouging you.
I don't know how Carlo's does it but the crust is perfect, the perfect snap on the outside and soft bubbles of perfectly cooked awesomeness on the inside.
These guys got it right where so many others fail spectacular.
Wicked nice staff, no wonder this place was so busy when I arrived.
Way to go Carlos, I will drive from Brantford again just for the slices.
