Panzerotti is just a piece of bread, barely any cheese or taste, it's all bread, never again.

Carlos never disappoints, fresh, healthy amount of toppings. Best of all, generational Canadians with all the customer service and quality we all value.
Pizza is not bad....not great, just not bad. They often leave it on top of the oven waiting and the bottom crust gets hard. They are often busy and, although friendly, you definitely feel rushed. Generally busy means they have an amazing product, but that's not necessarily the case here. Lastly, they are really expensive comparedto like businesses in the city. They've raised their prices 3 times this year. I understand businesses need to raise prices to remain profitable with the cost of everything going up, but Carlos' has taken it a little too far for what they are giving us.
Short review: Not bad pizza. Way too expensive. Friendly-ish service. If you're hungry and there's nowhere else to go, it'll do.

Just moved to the mountain and have been trying new pizza places looking for a "go-to" and I just found it.
There pie was 9/10, plenty of toppings, average price but the big surprise for me was the XL was actually an XL. Most places nowadays call a L (in the 1980's) an XL.

been going to carlos since i was a kid so its very disappointing to be writing this. the quality over the last couple years has gone seriously downhill. the price has gone up and the quality of the product has gone down. ive kept coming back hoping it would change but it hasnt. the bread for the buns on the shawarma are always chewy or have holes in them. the pizza doe is the same, stale and hard to chew through. i think im finally done with carlos. thanks for the childhood memories but those days are gone :(

Overpricing their food for the past couple years
The store timing outside the front door says closes at 9:30, I walk in at 7 and I get told to leave because they are closed in the most disrespectful way ever.
Change your times so we don’t waste our time on your overpriced food, thanks

Carlos was the go-to place for my friends and I in high school, and it's still our go-to now. The prices are still student-friendly, the pizza is still good, and if you're looking for a large or XL, you actually get a large or XL, not a pitiful chain size. And their shawarma poutine is my favourite out of every shawarma place I've been to.
Friendly person at the counter. Was
6.50 for two Pizza slices . They were pretty small for the price. But was good pizza, looked and tasted fresh.

I have been going to Carlo’s Pizza since I was a young kid (about 15 years now). The food is incredible and they’re always so nice and polite. They learn their customer’s names and it feels like a family atmosphere, amazing spot. You have to try their Chicken Wrap & Pizza with garlic sauce….i can’t recommend this place enough and would rate it a million out of ten if possible. Love you guys @ Carlo’s Pizza!!

It’s been awhile since our last Carlos fix. Unfortunately this is probably our last visit. I use to recommend people to try their chicken shawarma and chicken poutine. My adult son recently told me they are now really cheap on the chicken they put on the poutine compared to before. I told him I always get extra chicken. Well today we made the drive to Carlos. My son wasn’t kidding. The large chicken poutine with extra chicken comes to around $20 with tax. They put a minimal amount of chicken on it and add a smaller amount of extra chicken (+$3). They sprinkled a small amount of cheese on the fries for the poutine. The chicken was dried out and chewy. I don’t care that it was $20, the value was not there. Our chicken shawarma wasn’t as good either. The bread was dried out and chewy. The chicken was also dry and chewy. Hey prices go up, costs go up, everything is going up. But when quality and quantity goes down while prices increase, we don’t return. It use to be great value for your dollar but not anymore. When will restaurant owners understand this easy concept…increasing prices is ok, but quality and quantity must stay the same or get better.

Pizza is like rubber. Terrible dough. They don’t know how to make pizza.
