Carmens Event Centre

Our wedding at Carmen’s Event Centre was absolutely perfect! From the moment we toured the venue, we knew it was the right choice. We love the vibe of the place. The staff were really nice and went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. We loved that they already included some decor with options to upgrade and a cake so it was really convenient.

We and our guests had a great time and the food was really good and they even have a late night snack bar. It’s convenient that it’s right next to a hotel so out of town guests are able to stay in for the night after the wedding, or for anyone who knows they'll be drinking and not want to worry about driving home after. You can literally walk one minute to the hotel!

If you’re looking for a wedding venue that’s both stunning and stress-free, we highly recommend Carmen’s Event Centre!

A good evening. Good food. The event organizers didn't put the menu on the programme, so that became a bit confusing, as the appetizer was quite substantial and was confused by some as the meal.

Was there for a Christmas dinner. The property is well kept. The washroom is very clean and the atmosphere is very relaxing. Overall, I was completely impressed with the whole experience.

Seriously, they need to learn about customer service here. It's a joke. Watch your drink!!!

Amazing

Attended a mental health gala very clean well laid out. Servers were great. The food was good. The only issue I had they didn’t appear to be any handicap parking near the front entrance.

We recently had our wedding at Carmen’s Event Centre on October 26, 2024 and it was absolutely magical. From the moment we walked through the doors to tour the venue to the last dance of the night, the entire experience exceeded our expectations.

The event centre itself is stunning. The space is spacious and elegant, with modern touches that can be easily tailored to any wedding theme.
The team at Carmen’s Event Centre took care of every detail, ensuring everything ran smoothly. They were incredibly attentive and helped bring our vision to life, down to the smallest touches.

Our ceremony was held in the beautiful indoor space, which offered an intimate yet grand setting. The reception followed in their hall, which was transformed into a stunning celebration space. The food was delicious, and the service was top-notch. Every guest was raving about how amazing the meal was, and the staff made sure everyone felt taken care of throughout the event.

We couldn’t have asked for a better location for our wedding. Carmen’s Event Centre provided everything we needed to make our day unforgettable, and we’ll cherish the memories forever.

Extremely disappointed with higher ups decision making

I was supposed to attend a Drag Brunch tomorrow at Carmen's but due to the higher ups at Carmen's not wanting to offend their religious clients, it has been cancelled. I am very disappointed at the closed mindedness of this institution.

Carmen’s has proven they are homophobic and ANTI-LGBTQ. They were supposed to host a drag brunch tomorrow November 17th at 11AM, however they informed the event host Adam and Steven that they have to cancel in fear of upsetting their religious clients.

If you support the LGBTQ community DO NOT support Carmen’s. This is SHAMEFUL

I would like to share my feedback.
Our son recently held his wedding reception at Carmen's Event Centre and it was spectacular. The incredible team that met with us ensured that our expectation would be met... However, they exceeded our expectation in every way. They were present all evening to ensure every detail was on point and on time. Times like these having such experience on our side really makes a difference. The evening was a hit and the food was top notch. Attendees were impressed with then food quality from start to finish. Keep up the good work. I would recommend Carmen's Event Centre for your wedding and or special event...without any hesitation.

The best food

Very accommodating to dietary needs. Wonderful and abundant food. Server's were all very helpful, and they all shared information, which helped make all guests feel special. I would recommend this place for any of your events
