Warning: The gluten-free pizza here sucks! It’s like tasteless cardboard, and is burnt. Back in the day this place had great gf pizza but it’s definitely gone down hill with the new recipe.
My husband and I used to be Caro regulars (including multiple Uber orders) and we’ve noticed in the past year the orders weren’t consistent in taste, size, ingredients. But we kept ordering because we liked the people, we liked the restaurant and the food was pretty good overall. Their tiramisu is legit the best I’ve had anywhere! Today we had the day off and went for brunch on the patio. We were the only ones there… We were seated quickly and asked for our drink orders. We ordered one hot latte and one iced. It took over 10 minutes to get our drinks and one was wrong. We both ordered the eggs benny which was pretty good but smaller portions/higher price and the home fries were under-seasoned. This is long winded but it’s just not as good as it once was.

We came here for weekend brunch with kids, the food was delicious except it was a bit too salty for my taste. However, my husband really enjoyed his fried chicken and waffle. The waitress was very knowledgeable and attentive and provided a customer service that went above and beyond.

I came from Mississauga and my gf from Fonthill for lunch. Great halfway spot. The Chicken Parm sandwich with house salad was the best ever!! We also stuffed ourselves with their amazing pepperoni pizza. Thank you for making our visit tremendous!!! Happy August to all ?
