We've been before and it was an great night out, food was amazing - this time... unfortunately, they were low on a number of items and with a limited menu... it was a little hard to find something that was available and that we wanted. In the end, they did get more chicken and the food was great! It was just a bit of a shame that so many things weren't available at once. It was really hard to hear the server as well which made things a bit difficult. We'll definitely...
This was my second visit to Caro on James. We had the brussels sprouts and arugula salad to start and it was excellent. I had the penne à la vodka. The taste was good however it was a little bit too a la dente. Also, it would be nice to have more sauce on it. My guest had the spaghetti and meatballs, which was delicious. Our server Kim was excellent.
Food is always delicious. Our server was excellent. Went on a Monday night so noise level was good. It can get noisy when restaurant is full. Only negative is they didn't have a lot of beer (sold out) They also only had one bottle of non Alcoholic beer left and were out of the wine we wanted. Must have been a busy weekend for them 🤷🏻♀️
