The waitress was lovely. Should have declined a party of 18. It seemed they did not have enough staff. People were finished their meal before others started or got their food

Our meals were large and tasted good, however inside the restaurant was very dirty... The liquor cabinet by the bar had large dust balls on it and the window sills were also and dusty and actually looked like they had bird dropping on them. There were flies everywhere, which I can understand since the one wall is open but the server almost handed us a drink with a fly IN IT! Luckily she noticed, apologized and made a new one but it certainly gave us the ick for the rest of the meal. The server was very nice and asked our daughter if she had any songs to requests be played over the sound system.

Very mush enjoyed our visit. Food was very good, big portion. Sangria was okay, would likely order something different next time though. Only real complaint would be the number of flies inside the restaurant as a result of the open bar. Cool concept though. Service was very good.

A big shout out to our server, Michelle who was great. She was very personable, engaging & very attentive. Great job / service. We sat on the patio as it's dog friendly, which more restaurants should be.

I thought this place would be a bit posh after visiting the patio shortly after it opened - I was disappointed to find that the inside is a decaying dive bar.

I went to Cause for a drink after work. I sat at the bar and had an amazing experience with Michelle as my bartender. She knew exactly what I needed before I needed it. She was friendly, attentive, and social. I had a great experience and I will be back soon!

Very disappointing, my boyfriend and I came for a quick bit and a few drinks. My boyfriend ordered a beer that was room temperature but he decided to drink it regardless. When our food arrived he ordered a Caesar to go with our meal, the waitress Destiny said she’d be right back but ended up sitting and drinking at the bar with customers and the bartender. When we finished our food she eventually came back and said “oh did you want another beer” where she clearly forgot we ordered a Caesar.
The food was amazing but we were both beyond disappointed in the service we received and the fact she was hanging out at the bar with the male customers there and ignoring her tables.

This restaurant offered exceptional value for the food we received. We decided on Cause and Effect for a double birthday dinner. Just the two of us, we started with the bruschetta which was glazed with a balsamic vinaigrette which I definitely recommend. Although we ordered the Penne Alfredo with chicken, which must've been misheard because we received the Penne Pesto with chicken which was exceptional, so we decided not to tell our waitress. Besides that little slip up, the service was amazing and she kept bringing me refills on ice tea with no extra charge. After we filled up on Penne, our waitress surprised up with a free birthday funnel cake sticks with ice cream dessert. Although we were feeling a little full, we fought through and devoured the dessert. It was amazing. The ambience was quiet for most of the time, but there were a few kids running around causing a little ruckus. Overall, our visit was a great way to spend our birthdays and I 100% recommend this restaurant. Expect to pay around 30-40$ per person (portions are very worth the price).

Horrible customer service. Being scammed by waitress. Waitress stated to us that Belgium moon was apart of the $5 drafts. We got charged $10 for it. She proceeded to say “sorry if I said it was part of the deal, it was not part of the deal, I am sorry” upon further reading the bill we were also charged for truffle fries $12 that we did not order or receive. We also got up charged for $3 for adding ice cream to our funnel cake fries that comes with ice cream as stated on the menu. Waitress ARGUED with me that the menu is wrong and ice cream is not included despite it saying “with velvety ice cream” she refused to give us a proper refund, instead offered a gift card for $15. We were charged for a product we didn't order/recieve, definitely manipulated with the draft beer pricing and also up charged for something that was included with the meal. We did not want a gift card as we are never returning. Due to being on a time restraint, and with the waitress straight up arguing with us over these over charges we opted to just leave.

The service and food were amazing! Our server was running the bar/dinner service by herself and still gave amazing customer service. She came by for several quality checks and refilled our beverages without us having to ask! She was very personable and made us feel like we've known her forever! On top of that, she gave us some really good recommendations for the menu. We will be back!

Service was slow but the food arrived hot and plentiful. Not a fan of matchstick fries with fish and chips. The Caesar salad was tasty but the bolognese was underwhelming even with extra meat. I have to say the kimchi and pork dumplings were quite good. It was a busy Valentines Day evening. I don't think the kitchen was prepared.

Took an hour to receive our appetizers and then another 50 minutes to receive our mains. Was on Valentine's Day, 6:30pm reservation for 2 people. We didn't leave until 8:50pm and had to cancel our 9:00 plans as it was too late to make it. I get some days are busier than others, but the service was horrible. There was no recognition on how long we had to wait. Maybe comp an app or our drinks or maybe apologize for the wait? None of that. We will not return.

We stopped in for lunch time and they have lots of drinks options and food. Friendly server, great spot with vibe for date night or drinks with friends.

They announced the shrimp tacos as authentic, and that's really what I got. The salsa was amazing. Also, the homemade guac is on another level.

Looking forward to visiting again soon.
