A truly disappointing experience. The customer service was basically non-existent: the staff were rude, indifferent, and clearly not interested in the customers' needs. The wait was excessively long, with no explanation or apology, as if it were completely normal. This complete lack of professionalism is shocking for a place that’s supposed to serve the public. Honestly, this kind of behavior is unacceptable in the hospitality industry. Between the endless wait and the staff's attitude, it's clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority here. I will never set foot in this restaurant again, and I strongly advise others to stay away.

Today I ordered two roasted chickens, and unfortunately they were cold and tasted old. This was disappointing because the last time I ordered the same meal for a gathering, the chicken was hot, fresh, and delicious. Today’s order felt like the opposite cold and unappetizing, almost as if it had been sitting out. I really hope the restaurant improves how they serve food to customers, ensuring it’s fresh and warm. Sadly, I won’t be coming back unless the quality improves

We ordered 5 charcoal chicken shawarma wraps and we were very disappointed. The chicken was dry and the sandwiches barely had any garlic or pickles. We ordered a garlic sauce on the side and it wasn’t like the photo displayed at all, instead it was liquid garlic and not like the creamy toum garlic, even though that’s what the photo showed. Also, the sandwiches have shrunk since we last bought from this place. This place used to be good, I don’t know what happened…
