Me and my kids picked up some takeout and bubble teas, the drinks are great and so is the food for the most part but after spending 45 dollars on 2 small chicken bowls and 3 large bobas my 10 year old dropped his on the way out and they went to remake it and CHARGED me 7.50 for it! I understand it wasnt their fault but hes a kid and tripped on the raised crack outside their door so you would think after spending 45 dollars you would remake the drink that costs them maybe 1.50 for a kid who’s going to be upset! What if I didn’t have another 7.50? Not impressed with the customer service, if they can ask for a tip on payment they can remake a drink for a child who spills it.

Had a delivery last month but they apparently don't deliver anymore, even though it allows me to do it on their website.The girl who answered the phone clearly needs to take a class in "customer service" as she could only get out one sentence before hanging up.

I had the beef kimchi rice bowl, and which was delicious with a good portion of beef, and I was surprised by the excellent quality of both the beef and kimchi. I would love to be able to add edamame to this bowl. The sushi has big portions for the price. I would have liked to see it rolled just a little tighter. The milk tea was delicious. I would also love to see miso soup as a side. I always order a side of miso with my sushi rolls or rice bowls. Thank you! I will be back!

You ever watch Zootopia where the sloth is working so slow at the DMV? That is literally the speed that they work at. I ordered food in advanced. When I got there there was only 1 customer buying drinks, and I STILL had to wait an extra 20 mins. Even though the kid told me 3 more mins until it was done.

The workers are really nice, just the food was quite underwhelming. We also had almost double our wait time, going from 25 mins to just under 50 mins. The website has a lot of issues for ordering too, and ran quite slow. Noce to have open late
I went to pick up my order at the time it told me on the receipt but had to wait like 20 minutes extra. They said it would be 5 more minutes so I said I'll come back and when I tried to pick up my order again they told me it would be another 10 minutes. The staff were nice though. The sushi just wasn't the best.
it literally took this terrible restaurant 1.5 hours to prepare my order on Uber till my driver could even pick it up. Their phone number was off and voicemail not activated. Worst place ever. I hope this spot goes out of business and the owner gets outed by everyone in the city.The store just added their review justifying the time it took.. But the delay was my the food being ready no from the driver picking it up. It literally took them 1.5 hours to roll 3 sushi rolls.
