We visited late on a Friday night, food was tasty but felt a bit underwelming. Might have been on the warmer too long? Will certainly give it another go. Dining area was very clean and staff was great.

Charred is honestly one of the best restaurants in Hamilton. Their brisket sandwich, piri piri sauce, Caesar salad and poutine all taste amazing. The owner personally came to greet us and made sure we enjoyed our meals. I cant recommend this place enough. If you’re ever in Hamilton check out Charred!If you order delivery or catering they deliver on time every time

The food was like leftovers I looked like that and it was not even worth the money me and my girlfriend we got a chicken and rice , roasted potatoes all the food was not worth it at all you can go to any food court you can get better food than this and pay less than what they charge us we paid 63$ for nothing
Finally tried this place and wow was I disappointed! Tried the mix platter and for the price and being a rotisserie house I was very surprised to receive a tiny bone-in chicken breast that was cold! The brisket was actually good and tender but not enough to be a saving grace, the shoestring fries were soggy and cold, the slaw was meh, our server came to our table once to take the order and never saw her again until they give us the cheque, terrible service. My girlfriend had the chicken sandwich with potatoes, the potatoes were also cold. $86 with tip! What a rip-off and never ever again! ⭐
