I asked for a less ice hazelnut milk tea. Over half of the cup was ice. There was not much drink in it even though I upgraded to large. Will not go back.
Kindly, please consider using gloves when making people's orders, especially if you're going to sneeze multiple times directly into your hands instead of your elbow.

The staff here are very enthusiastic and friendly, but unfortunately the owner here is very frugal.
I bought 6 drinks to pick up and paid online with 10% tip as always every time I order to pick up from any restaurant, but they didn't give me a bag instead I had to pay for the bag when I arrived. This is ridiculous!!!
I don't have 6 hands to pick up my order, not worth much money but the way they treat customers like that makes me unhappy.
Now i will never come back here again!

Stoney Creek, they not only give you a bag to carry your drinks but also a cushion to prevent falling.
