I have visited this location several times now and the service has been excellent every time. The employees are very polite, accommodating knowledgeable and patient. In particular there is one employee who stands out, his name is Tom. I was quite impressed because he already memorized what I order after my first visit.

We ordered two bobas and both of them were very bad, by far the worst I ever had in my life..it doesn't taste like anything...there were only handful of bobas even in the large one, we had ordered from this place once before (during the day) and it was alright, but today it was absolutely the worst!!

Really, do not go to this one. Sorry but this location is the worst chatime I've ever been to. First time the drink tasted horrible, some how the powder was still at the bottom. Second time the drink size was odd plus I was told that they cannot make certain drinks. Sry but you were the first store that cannot make it.

Got my drink wrong and didn’t apologize for it then charged the difference of the drink that they should have gotten correctly . Very bad customer service overall.
