Can't really rate the service. The lady that brought out our was nice. Did not spend anytime in the restaurant so I did not really get the full customer experience as you cannot dine in. Everything is still set up like it was when COVID first shut everything down. That applies to the atmosphere as well. There was no interaction between staff and customers though. Was just pay for your food and get out.

After getting bored with our usual Chinese takeout, we gave Cheung a try… this is our 3rd order with them and the food has been the best quality we’ve had yet in Hamilton. This isn’t your cheap, refried from frozen Chinese food.
The wonton soup has homemade wontons, (I got 4 in my serving) plus loads of bbq pork. The broth is flavourful and not too salty. My husband has the house special wonton and received 4 cups of soup, chocked full of shrimp, wontons, and veggies.
My husband had the Har-fen beef noodles and I had the combo number 2 including pork balls, chicken fried rice, chicken chow mein and and egg roll.
Egg rolls and chicken balls are again made in house so you get more than just a bunch of breading.
We paid $40 and both of us had plenty of food leftover for another meal, possibly two.
Happy to say that this is our go-to spot for Chinese takeout.

First time ordering from here. I called the store and asked for delivery, picked my items and was told it would be an hour. The food arrived very fast (I live fairly close), and came steaming hot! Very surprised and pleased with the freshness. The broccoli was still so vibrant green that I thought it might still be nearly raw.... but it was perfect. The side of mushrooms were not shriveled down into miniscule bits. The beef looked a little pale (grey), but I think it was from the steam inside the container, and it was very tender and tasted delicious. Everything I ordered was fresh, fresh, fresh! The spring rolls are very large (and delicious) also, I wasn't expecting that. The only critique I have is that they were quite oily. When I warm them up the leftovers tomorrow, I'll wrap the spring rolls in some paper towels. Thank you for a great meal!

We ordered takeout from Cheung’s for the first time for our dart nite.The ,Special Value Platter was the perfect choice.No other Chinese take out or dine in has a platter like this.When we put it down on the table,it started to go fast. We all really enjoyed this platter and now we would like to try some of their other dishes.Will order from here again.

Ordered a combo with lemon chicken, General Tao chicken, and chicken fried rice. The lemon chicken seemed to be chicken and an actual lemon as opposed to having lemon sauce. The Tao chicken wasn't too bad, but the fried rice appeared to be burned, and could use some work.

Food isn’t worth the disrespectful customer service. Twice now they’ve messed our food up (everyone makes mistakes) but when I call to notify them a very rude lady answers. Tells me I’m wrong and hangs up. I live 35m away. So it’s not like I could just pop in and get what they missed. Won’t ever get a dime from me again!

Although delivery took a bit longer than anticipated (I didn't ask how long it would be to begin with) it was great and well worth the wait !! We will order from here from now on. The food was excellent, hot and fresh. The delivery driver was friendly and the woman I ordered from on the phone was too. Can't wait to try different dishes next time !
