I usually order pizza once or twice a week. I always order 12 Gingerale and this week I received 12 WARM ginger ale… not even one can was cold. I don’t have ice at home.When I called to voice my concerns with my order, they told me if I didn’t have ice then I could put the pop in the freezer. I want to drink the pop with my meal not wait until it gets cold.She didn’t seem to care that a loyal customer was not pleased with the service.This isn’t the first time I’ve had problems with my delivery order, but I’ve continued to support this family run business…. until now.I will not be ordering from them again.You have lost a loyal customer.

This has been my favourite place for 30+ years… it used to be 5 stars every meal…the last few times i have ordered the exact same dish as i have each and every time i have eaten here regardless if take out or in restaurant- something has gone wrong with my fettuccine Alfredo- twice burnt to a crisp, twice no sauce once we also got a very black combo bread so stopped getting that… and this time the Alfredo sauce is only butter… no creamy texture. The only part right was the blanket of mozzarella which is the only white part in this picture. Eating a mouthful of melted butter was not ok. We were told sometimes the sauce separates. This has never happened in 30 years to me, i am highly disappointed the quality is going down hill for take out The cooks could have easily seen it and not allowed any of these mistakes to go out the door. As loyal customers we would have waited for a remake and understood if it wasn’t right. I highly doubt this would have happened if we decided to eat in this time. Truly sad that this great restaurant no longer guarantees the quality loyal customers like us have been accustomed to for decades. We send many people here as its the best in the world! A rare mistake we can appreciate but 5 mistakes in a row with take out is not ok. Please bring back the original quality and not allow things like this to go out the door. Especially when we travel to get there. I ordered this when i lived an hour drive and this never happened. Now a 15-20 minute drive and it was returned to the store. So very disappointed in the reasons provided by the owner when 30 years of quality experience said very different. Reasons given: sometimes the sauce separates” ok cool but why did it get out the door then when it was clearly all butterAnd the topping of mozzarella ?

Absolutely love their stuffed pizza! 20 years and counting of ordering it at least once a month. And the Italian salad dressing is my fave!

The restaurant is small but it has a nice atmosphere. I placed an hour, which took about an hour to cook my Chicago-style pizza, but it was very thick with the ingredients. I got a small pizza, which was enough to feed two people and have leftovers. It was well worth the money for authentic style chicago pizza. I will be returning in the future. The service was good and the staff was friendly.

The pizzas look like San Sebastian (Chicago style), they have a quality and taste above the standards. It has a nice environment where you can come with your family. The staff is very attentive and friendly.
