Went in just after 8pm on August 28th, 2021 to get a late night snack. There were 2 girls working that night. One taking cash and one working the cakes. Our order took longer than expected, waited until almost 8:30 to get our stuff. When we got home, after having some of the cake, we both noticed the cakes were raw on the inside. The outside was crispy but the inside was noticeable doughy and uncooked. Unfortunately we we're 10 mins away and didn't want to make the trip back out. We also noticed the one girl had turned off the 'open l' sign at 8:26pm. A Family of 4 had come in just before she turned the open sign off and told them they were closing soon and that it would take long to make. I found this to be very unprofessional and a bad retail experience to witness.

Not approved by my Hungarian boyfriend. There was a wait, which is completely fine, but the chimney cakes themselves were underwhelming when we got them. My boyfriend got one without icecream and it was severely undercooked inside--to the point that it tasted bad. That's the reason for the 2 stars. Otherwise, I ordered a classic chimney cake with icecream and it was pretty decent but also slightly undercooked on the inside. We were hoping for a place that had good chimney cakes, but this seems more like an icecream shop where the quality of the chimney cakes is secondary.

This place is absolutely amazing I’ve been a couple of times and all the times its been amazing the strawberry cheesecake ice cream and the hot dog was the best really good service and clean. I wish i can give it six stars. Can’t wait to go again

I wanted to give a shout our to the Chimney Cake Shop who put together a delicious sandwich platter and desserts for a picnic lunch this past weekend. Everything was so fresh and delicious and the Chimney Bread is to die for! We finished off lunch with a few Chimney cakes where we got to rip off sugary dough and dip in delicious toppings. Huge hit with friends, especially the Hungarian Bride to be. The customer service is amazing. #360degreescheese

We visited this establishment yesterday as we noticed it in the plaza while we were grabbing some lunch. The staff were friendly and greeted me right away when I entered the store. I ordered the classic cone and I asked to add chocolate sauce. I waited for about 10 minutes for my cone and when I ordered I was the only customer in the store. When I got my cone the girl handed it to me without a strawberry, so I asked is it not supposed to come with a strawberry on top? to which she answered I can add that for you if you like. On the menu description the classic cone comes topped with a strawberry. Sadly, The chimney cone was very disappointing... it had this really bitter taste ...I’m not sure if the outside was burnt and it wasn’t fluffy and soft... it was more stiff and chewy. The Ice cream it self was great, and the strawberries that I ended up getting after I asked were fresh.We were kind of expecting a similar taste to Eva’s but no such luck.

I came here tonight for the first time and very glad that I did! Friendly service- I assume that it was the owner that was there but she definitely made you feel like she appreciated your business... Amazing chimney cakes!! It was a little bit of a wait but no complaints here- that’s how I knew that it was going to be good! I love that they are made fresh to order. I think that’s what made it so great. 100% recommend and will definitely be back!
