Girl who took my order at roughly 3pm (was very rude, zero personality but i ordered anyway she was busy....off we went)on new years eve afternoon planning for our evening. We spent over 100.00 in food, was told to come back for pick up at 730pm. We came back and was told it wasn't ready so we waited and at 815pm we got our food, 10 minute drive home, we open food right away and it is cold!! Not just not hot.......I mean it was COLD!!! so our food was clearly ready and waited for us just as long as we waited for it!!! I have not had china Kiki since the old mountain plaza mall. What a huge disappointment!!! DUE TO THIS EXPERIENCE TONIGHT?!...WE WILL NEVER EVER EAT TAKE OUT CHINESE FOOD IN HAMILTON AGAIN!!! I REGRET NOT WALKING OUT WHEN SHE DISPLAYED HER DISAPOINTING CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Honestly while it was tasty, this so much money and not enough to justify imo. Especially when you considering the beef n broccoli is $17 and it’s 3/4 broccoli and not beef. Definitely won’t return.

Update September 2025: I don’t know what happened to this place but maybe someone bought it out. I ordered on The Weeknd and the food was bad! The egg rolls had some strange filling that wasn’t bean sprouts and stringy and long, perfect for chocking on. The beef and broccoli has only four pieces of beef in it and the special chow mien was special but not in a good way. Everything tasted off. This will be the last time I order from here! It was really awful especially considering the price!
We ordered in. We got vegetable spring rolls, chicken szeuschuan and beef and broccoli. The food was hot and tasty. Today I ordered Cantonese chow mein, black pepper beef, garlic ribs, hot and sour soup and spring rolls. The food was delivered fast and fresh. The oil they use to fry is fresh and the spring rolls were a light golden fried to perfection.

Tried China Kiki for the first time and I’ll definitely be coming back. I wasn’t sure what to get, but the girl at the counter recommended the chilli chicken—and it turned out to be a great choice. Super flavorful with just the right kick. I also got the noodles, and they were tasty too—not greasy, just well-cooked and satisfying.
Really happy with the food and the service. Looking forward to trying more from the menu next time
