I visited China Wok Christmas Eve around 11.30 am, to order Lo Mein chicken noodles. When encountered by the lady at the order/cash register to make my order, she was extremely rude in aggressive manner telling me. It’s to busy to make my order. I told her no problem, looking to leave the restaurant. She then in a disgruntled facial expression told me if I pay her cash she can complete the order. In 2024 with food cost so expensive, you would think restaurant would appreciate your business.

$90 lunch, not worth it. Garlic ribs looked unappealing. Won tons so over cooked, inside small ball of hard rock. Not much flavour on general toso chicken. Overall not worth it, won't use again.

Ordered the sweet and sour chicken lunch special. How much batter can you put around the smallest piece of chicken. Rice was terrible. I threw it all in the garbage. I feel sick

Picked up $75 of food brought it home something was off, didn’t want to make a big deal of it but more concerned about food poisoning for us and other customer that evening. Staff told me i have mental problem And get no refund. I didn’t ask for a refund. Hopefully something good moves in here soon.

Terrible Chinese food. Not friendly. No recycling uses all plastic and styrofoam plates/cups for dine in. Food tasteless, greasy, sesame chicken inedible, chicken rice, no chicken. Went to the counter to complain. No one in the kitchen. Tried local. Will not return.

I had the urge for Beef With Black Bean sauce today. I searched the Waterdown area and decided to try China Wok. Truth be told, I chose this place because BWBB is one of their lunch specials...and I wanted it for my dinner. I placed my order on the phone, showed up after the 10 minutes I was told it would take. It was ready when I got there. The counter person was friendly and very professional. I brought home my meal and 4 hours later enjoyed it so much! For less than $13.00, I had a delicious BWBB, and it came with white rice ( or chicken fried rice if you prefer) but also 2 spring rolls! It was truly delicious! There is more than enought o enjoy for lunch tomorrow. The only thing I would change is to have a bit more of the sauce ...next time I will ask for some on the side!

HORRIBLE!! I absolutely try to refrain from giving negative reviews however the food from here was inedible, smelt off tasted off, dry, and under cooked. The dish I ordered was supposed to have chicken, pork and shrimp. there was no pork, 2 shrimp and a few small pieces of what they are trying to pass as chicken, which tasted freezer burnt. The egg rolls & spring rolls were uncooked and the batter on the chicken balls was terrible, they watered it down too much....... I was going to call and complain because I could not eat anything, but why..... even if they replaced the meal, it would just be another pile garbage!!! So they got my $60, lesson learn NEVER AGAIN NO SECOND CHANCE.FOR THIS PLACE!!
