Terrible Chinese food. Not friendly. No recycling uses all plastic and styrofoam plates/cups for dine in. Food tasteless, greasy, sesame chicken inedible, chicken rice, no chicken. Went to the counter to complain. No one in the kitchen. Tried local. Will not return.

I had the urge for Beef With Black Bean sauce today. I searched the Waterdown area and decided to try China Wok. Truth be told, I chose this place because BWBB is one of their lunch specials...and I wanted it for my dinner. I placed my order on the phone, showed up after the 10 minutes I was told it would take. It was ready when I got there. The counter person was friendly and very professional. I brought home my meal and 4 hours later enjoyed it so much! For less than $13.00, I had a delicious BWBB, and it came with white rice ( or chicken fried rice if you prefer) but also 2 spring rolls! It was truly delicious! There is more than enought o enjoy for lunch tomorrow. The only thing I would change is to have a bit more of the sauce ...next time I will ask for some on the side!

People should really think about how damaging bad reviews can be for a buisness not just blab their mouth because they're having a bad day. I've ordered here twice so far this chinese food is absolutely amazing. Huge portions and reasonably priced. Got the family for 4 special today and switched one of the otems for the shanghi curry thin noodles instead. Absolutely LOVE this food.

You can find better tasting food at the bottom of a septic tank. No only did I give this place a second chance cause the food tasted a little off the first time, I ordered today, I ordered lunch. Special Shanghai house noodles hoping the first time was a just an off day for the cook..... Yeah, no the food really is gross. Whatever veg they put in were over cooked, the sauce was some disgusting some sweet orange sauce, last time I had Shanghai noodles it was savory.The two slices of chicken that I did manage to choke down had a weird texture to it and the one shrimp that I tasted, tasted very fishy which tells me it wasn't fresh. Chinese food is my absolute favorite cuisine and I have eaten at many authentic Chinese restaurants, this place has to be the worst I have ever tasted in my life, not to mention that position size is a complete rip off and the woman at the front....her attitude suck more than the food. Believe the one star reviews when they say this please isn't good at all. I had 3 bites and that was it for me, didn't finish it. I wouldn't even give this place one star. Save money and go elsewhere these people are hustlers.Attached is a photo of what I received, I hadn't opened it yet that was the actual portion size for over $15 plus tax this is a complete rip off.Side note: Whoever gave them 2 or more stars either is a fake account, friends of the owners or have no idea what real Authentic Chinese food taste like.

Best Chinese food in “Hamilton” area! I was searching for a place that did the thin noodles like I used to get from take out places in the 90s/00s, for some reason they’ve just been so hard to find, it must be that no one uses the same sauce and spices anymore? But this place does! I’ve tried so many different places in and around the city but after finding this, there’s no other delivery I’d get. And the sweet n sour chicken is actually chicken! So many places use really terrible pieces of chicken in the dish and it just ruins the whole thing, I’m not paying $10-15 for a dish of bread, fat and sauce! Not sure what all the complaints are about regarding dining in because I’ve only done delivery, and have never been disappointed!My go to place now!

We held a fundraising dinner at our church; China Wok provided the food for a buffet for 75 people - they were excellent to work with, providing help with the menu selection, food quantity and providing gluten free options. The food was ready on time, fresh and hot and excellent! They provided large labelled trays to assist with our buffet organization, provided condiments, fortune cookies & chopsticks a few days in advance so we could set our tables. They were very generous with the price. Definitely would come back to them again! Highly recommend!
