Jessica gave us outstanding service! She was welcoming, quick with our orders, and checked in often to make sure everything was perfect. Her professionalism and warm personality made our meal that much more enjoyable. Definitely one of the best servers we’ve had at Chuck’s Roadhouse!

Great dinner tonight with family. Food was amazing. Both Jays and Leafs on the screen…perfect. Rebecca was our server and she was very kind, organized and friendly.

My mum, husband and I came in for a celebration dinner and Megan made the night by far the best! She made my iced teas with a pretty touch and it just made me smile, and for my dessert, she took my restriction and made it perfect.
Thank you for a wonderful addition to our night.

Great location, friendly staff! Service was amazing and food yummy. We came Wednesday for ribs and wings, then had our appetizers after dinner to get the awesome deal. Sooooo full!!

Good food good servers good prices but as a handicapped person, the handicapped seat is a liability, as it is not fastened properly..i requested this be fixed (i almost slipped) at the new chucks on Centennial pkwy&it was, now it's the same&I asked again..nothing yet..Just worried for my safety &for others

Great atmosphere and great food. The half price apps were amazingly good compared to other Chucks I’ve been to. Highly recommended.

Just had lunch here with a work colleague. Dora was our server and she was great along with the food and the other staff members.

The service was extremely slow, and I eventually had to ask someone else for assistance. When the waitress finally came to our table, she seemed to be in a bad mood, which made the experience even less pleasant. We received our food without plates or cutlery, and instead of one order, we were given two. When we raised the issue, the waitress became upset. Overall, it was very disappointing especially since we drove all the way to Oakville for this.
