Seated at the bar for a game. Steak was cooked to spec. Fast service. Busy night but the bartender was on top of it. Would recommend if your looking for a place to catch the game.

Not a good experience at all.
We sat ourselves, the table looked clean but was covered in salt(I own this)😂, they wiped it and got salt all over us, waited for service, didn't get our water, walked out before ordering.

The place wasn't busy at all 😕

Absolutely amazing steak and lobster. , wish I. Like come back all the time , also incredibly cheap for the bomb ass steal and lobster tail .can’t get enough !!

Service is excruciatingly slow. Food is akin to a truck stop diner grease pit. Prices are fairly low, but so is the quality of the meals. I am stunned when I read the 5 star reviews touting the eats at this roadhouse as "amazing", "fantastic" etc. Good luck trying to find a healthy entree on the menu. For the same price, you can get at least a moderately edible meal at places like East Side Mario's.

We went to Chuck's tonight for football, food and girls night. Hannah was an amazing server. We will be back and found a new local spot!

Waited over one hour for main meal. We had to ask for plates, utensils, Napkins and drink refills. But most disturbing was the staff member who was cleaning the bathroom without gloves and did not wash her hands as she left the ladies right behind me. Then saw her places dishes on tables. Not hygienic. Hamilton location, Upper Centennial Pkwy. Most of the staff seem to be high-school students. Poorly managed.
