My husband and I love Chuggy’s. we aren’t regulars but we go as often as we can. But I’m sad to say the last 3 times going I’ve been overcharged each time. Now I take the accountability of not checking my bill before I pay but I’ve never had this problem there before so why would I check it. Lesson has been learned.
Sat Nov 16 ordered a small chicken Caesar salad. Received (and enjoyed) just a small Caesar salad but find I was charged for the chicken Caesar salad. Next popped in on Nov 26 for the anniversary week. Half price burger night. Ordered said half price burger (enjoyed it) get home look at bill charged full price. Tonight go for wing night. Posted on the Specials board *half price bone in wings 99 cents - at bottom *specials include fries, soup or salad. The hubby orders wings with fries and gravy. Get bill - check it and fries are charged. We giggle. This can’t be happening again. I ask aren’t these included per the specials board?? Server - Oh that’s a mistake not they aren’t. I pay for them. She goes to the specials board but doesn’t remove the asterisk. Yes they were only $7 but it’s the customer service that was disappointing. I know mistakes happen and I don’t check my bill before paying but 3 times in a row????
But we still love the place and will be back but will be very aware and ask questions before assuming what looks correct really isn’t. 😔

The wings were great! The place was packed. Wing prep took about 5 minutes longer than expected due to how full the place was. The staff were so attentive that they ran them out to my truck without me asking! I'll be back!

What a great hole in the wall this find was! Food was fantastic! Service was friendly and very attentive. Atmosphere was very friendly. Went here on Saturday with my wife for our anniversary and will be coming back. .99 cent wings is unheard of in these days!
