I always get the Cinnabon treat with extra icing. This time I ordered a small Cinnabon. I got half a small. The rest stayed in the pan. I pointed to it and she ignored me. I received 2 knives and no fork. I won’t go back. She was just too much! Wow. The person or people answering our reviews tell you they will look into it. lol they don’t give a shit!

The manager of the store is rude with customers and employees. It is not first time that she is treated people with attitude. I think she is not happy working there . Please lady for your mental health is better that you retired really soon.

Would not sell me a 9 pack because they are warm. I tried to give them my money for a product 1 hour before close, but they would not sell me them. I was told the Cinnabons on the counter would "melt the cardboard box" so I could only buy the larger size that was available prepackaged. They were still willing to sell me the same "too hot to box" product if I bought them individually at $7 a piece I was told. Out of principal I will not spend my money here. Good luck.

Got there right as the mall opened on a Saturday3 hungry boys who had never experienced the greatness that is a fresh still warm Cinnabon!!We sat inside with a peach lemonade to wash them down…Delicious, friendly service and a great start to a family day shoppingWell done Cinnabon!

My recent experience at Cinnabon left me feeling disappointed. I had high hopes of enjoying their delicious sweet treats, but unfortunately, the poor customer service overshadowed everything else. When my mother and I entered the store, we were met with indifference from the two employees behind the counter. Despite my polite greeting, they didn't bother to acknowledge us or show any interest in serving the waiting customers. Instead, they seemed more focused on their conversation with each other. After driving for 25 minutes to reach the store, it was disheartening to be treated with such disregard. The staff's rude behavior made us feel unwelcome. Every customer deserves to be treated with respect and appreciation, regardless of the situation.I hope that Cinnabon takes the necessary steps to address this customer service issue. so my visit to Cinnabon was disappointing due to the lack of attention and service from the staff. I left empty-handed, I cannot recommend this particular Cinnabon location.
