I bought a box of mini Cinnabon from this location ….the ones in middle were very undercooked….it was raw dough …I went to the location to complain the worker named lily took the number and told me manager will call , no one called ….they are lacking quality and customer service both

I live over an hr away from Hamilton,but was in the area and thought I would get a Cinnabon. I paid $26.00 for a 4 pack of already package Buns. Got home what a disapointment,so mad,they feel like they were 2 days old,very hard edges. What a waste of my hard earned money. Shame on you Cinnabon. They use to be amazing,must be cutting corners and passing off day or 2 olds for fresh 😡

Our experience could've been much better. The guy who served us lacked an attention to detail.
The peach lemonade my fiancée got looked and tasted exactly like a normal lemonade. We even asked to make sure it was the peach one and he assured us it was. The peach flavor was simply non existent.
And most importantly, I ordered a cookies and creme Cinnamon roll to go. I eagerly anticipated it for quite a while (we live an hour away) and he gave us a classic one. Admittedly, it was still very tasty but still, it is not what I ordered.
I know I could've checked before leaving but I have an incredibly hard time believing he didn't hear me when I clearly said cookies and creme.
I wouldn't go to this location again.

The cinnamon buns sold here are not worth its price given local bakeries and grocery shops sell better versions at a quarter of the cost! Sickening sweet and doesn't taste much better than cinnamon buns you can get elsewhere in my opinion. The full-size cinnamon bun portions are very large.

The actual cinnamon bun was slightly undercooked but delicious! My complaint is about the staff. When I went up to the counter I waited for him to ask what I wanted because I didn't want to demand food if he wasn't ready to take my order. He looked up at me like I was stupid. I ordered, paid and got my food. He didn't say a single word to me throughout the entire time.
Bought a box of 15 mini Cinnabon. Got them home. They were stale and dry. Not edible.

I always get the Cinnabon treat with extra icing. This time I ordered a small Cinnabon. I got half a small. The rest stayed in the pan. I pointed to it and she ignored me. I received 2 knives and no fork. I won’t go back. She was just too much! Wow. The person or people answering our reviews tell you they will look into it. lol they don’t give a shit!
