everything was excellent from the service to the food and the owner...the only reason why I didn't give a 5 star is I found the pricing a little on the higher side compared to other restaurants but the quality of the meals probably justified it

We were a group of 5 having dinner before a concert. The staff member that looked after us was excellent. Our appetizers came in a timely manner. We all had different entree items from the menu. Everything was delicious. Highly recommend visiting Claudio's. Thank you for a great evening.
Pre Paul McCartney concert dinner (reservations a must). The food was superb, atmosphere was bubbly with Beatles music in the background (very fitting) No detail was overlooked. Fabulous food and a great start to our evening date night. We plan on returning soon. Thank you for pleasing our palette!
Claudio's never disappoints! Great Italian cuisine with exceptional service. Always a warm and inviting experience.
Our food was okay but nothing special. We have decided that we don't need to go back again. My husband felt unwell with stomach cramping and tummy troubles a couple hours after eating here.
Just like mamma used to make.
Pasta and sauce are numero uno and the best in the city.

Claudio's is a gem ! Downtown Hamilton on corner of James St. and Mulberry. I've been wanting to come here for some time and finally was able to . I had the Osso Bucco and it did not disappoint. It was melt in your mouth delicious. Absolutely fantastic. The Hostess was so kind and promptly took care of us. Everything about the meal was wonderful. Everyone enjoyed it immensely. Great value, cooked wonderfully, great location, and nice and quiet, with no overbearing music. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be returning here.
Pretentious and seemingly has no interest in serving the community.

Claudio‘s restaurant is truly a little gem on James Street. Authentic Italian food.. I got the pizza. The crust was scrumptious. Being vegan, I normally don’t get accommodated that well or it’s a hassle however at Claudio‘s Christine made us all feel so so well taken care of and she insured everyone was satisfied. She was also hilarious and made our night extra special. We would go back not just for the food but for our waitress Christine 🫶🏻

Claudio's is an outstanding restaurant where quality, flavor, and hospitality come together perfectly. Warm atmosphere, authentic cuisine, and impeccable service. A must-visit for anyone who loves real Italian food.
Amazing experience at this place. Christine is such a lovely person, customer service on point and the food was really good and will be coming back. I would recommend having their amazing “Ossobuco”!

We had a wonderful dinner with excellent service. Our server Liz was very pleasant, helpful and informative. Was bang on in helping me choose a very good red wine! The food was delicious! Our first visit and definitely not our last! It was just a short and pleasant walk from the Gasworks theatre where we watched a fantastic sold out production of "Rock of Ages" by the Curtain Call Performing Arts Company!
