I absolutely love this place and come almost every day with my kids but I had a bad experience today that I was shocked about…. We were waiting in the car for the shop to open, once she turned everything on and unlocked doors we waited a minute then entered the store the lady immediately said you have to wait 5 minutes!! Which ok fine that’s alright I don’t mind… but what does bother me is as I was leaving the store to wait the 5 minutes as asked, a Asian couple mind you we are a caucasian family walked in while we were walking out and I looked and the lady immediately took their order!! As I walked to my car I sat there wondering why do we have to wait but they don’t and my kids are now saying to me mom they are not fair why do we have to wait

Sometimes there are a lot of guests and takeaways in the store, so we can only find our drinks at the service desk. In general, we may visit again because of good drinks, but because of the bad service, I would rather choose a milk tea shop with an ordinary taste.
