Very disappointing service. I know this is a good spot but service wise I am really disappointed. These people have no favour for thoes who actually in difficult situations. I was in Mac Master hospital with my son and I was hopeful that we r going home in 15 minutes but suddenly my son fainted and whole situation changed and stayed in the hospital. I called coco and inform about my situation, instead of understanding my situation and cancel my order or give me store credit or any other option they said we can't do anything. I mean seriously they have no sympathy for others and the shop who have no sympathy and feelings for other, I must say have no service at all. It's really disappointing and and next time I will never go there. It was happening on June 9th 2023
