Coffee Culture Cafe & Eatery

I had a terrible experience at this location. I went in to order, but the employee completely ignored me because someone in front of me was chatting with them. It wasn’t a quick hello — they were having a full-on personal discussion, laughing and talking for more than 15 minutes while I stood there waiting to place my order. It was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful to paying customers. I came for coffee, not to watch a social gathering behind the counter. If this is how they treat their customers, I won’t be coming back, and I strongly suggest management take action.

We host our monthly networking meetings at Coffee Culture, and the experience has always been excellent. The staff is super cooperative and go above and beyond to accommodate every special request. From allowing us to stay longer than our booking time to preparing customized trays, everything is always done to perfection. Highly recommended for both casual visits and group gatherings!

A little dark inside, but otherwise fine. But, do yourself a favour and do not order the breakfast sandwich… Probably the worst I have ever been served.

Got a chocolate cake and it was sooooo dry. It tasted worse than the grocery store cakes. I can’t believe I wasted $8. The drink was ok.

This place is calm and comfortable. The booths are a generous size. Tables are well spaced so you're not on top of other people's conversations. The service and food were excellent for the price point. Ample parking. I like this place for a low pressure first date spot.

I like the ambiance. Sat there for 4 hours talking over coffee. 💥❤️

They were out of like everything and busy but that isn’t an excuse to be rude to people. When I asked for more cream for my coffee (I drink my coffee double cream) the lady working at the counter was rude to me and was trying to charge for more cream for my coffee because in her words “ I’ve already given you A LOT of cream” I was not very happy with experience especially considering we were trying to celebrate my friends birthday and we all had an awful experience.

Terribly rude customer service, they didn’t seem to have anything in stock and had long wait times. I love coffee culture but would not recommend this location to anyone because of the staff and poor quality.
