Ordered online, the package was lost. Collective Arts left me emailing and calling them without refunding or offering to resend. Horrible customer service, support another local brewery that will appreciate it.

We got married at Collective Arts in September. The Events Coordinator, Stu, and the whole staff made it so easy for us. They let us come and set up our decorations in the morning and pick it all up the next day. The staff was amazing, even with our unruly crew and the venue gave us the perfect, relaxed and rustic atmosphere that we were hoping for. Plus their beer is amazing and they let us pick the taps for the night. Thanks for making our day unforgettable!

Friendly staff, great hip vibe, pretty beer can art, great beer and n/a beer, lots of tables and seating. They also host plenty of events. Worth a stop and don't forget to get some cans to go!

I’ve heard about this brewery a few times and seen their beers in a few Toronto shops, but I had never actually tried them until now. I went with a couple of friends who are really passionate about beer, and it turned out to be a pretty interesting experience.

The staff were super friendly and really knowledgeable about what they offer. They took the time to explain all the available beers and the differences between them, which was great. The vibe of the place is relaxed and casual. It’s tucked away in the middle of an industrial area, basically right beside their actual brewery, which gives it a cool, behind-the-scenes kind of feel.

We tried the sampler with all the beers they had available. A few options we were hoping to try weren’t available that day, but we still managed to try most of them. Personally, I wasn’t a big fan of the taste of their beers, just my own preference, but you can definitely tell they’re high-quality and well-crafted.

Overall, I’d still recommend this place, especially if you’re into craft beer or want to learn more about it. Even though the flavors weren’t my style, the experience, service, and quality were all great.

The beer is always good. The service was good. I should have read the menu a little better. They have a couple of menu items that are not beer mixed in with beer, and so two of those ended up in my flight. Other than that, everything was fine. The mango Jalapeño beer and the barrel aged stout (only in cans) were the best. Their IPAs are solid too. Cheers! 🍻

Market Fresh recently had the privilege of hosting Collective Arts for a demo at our 25th anniversary Fall Food Fair. It was such a pleasure to get to know this brand better, and our customers certainly loved trying their beverages! We definitely recommend to anyone who hasn't tried them yet!

Thank you for participating in our event & helping make it special.

Warm regards,
The Market Fresh Team

Absolutely amazing place and staff HOWEVER they took away the Nintendo 64 AND the Board Games :( those were my favourite parts.

Staff are super friendly. We enjoyed the creative beer, cocktails and zero-proof mocktail.
They added Mel’s Deli in the shop. Love the experience with food, drinks and creative arts in the shop.

If i'm being honest, it's not exclusively the beer. Craft beer for me is generally hit or miss... but the fact that you can come here... sit and drink, and essentially refill your JUG of beer to take home, is pretty amazing.

Theres events nearby and although it's not particularly the beer.... I still find their standard beers to be overall pretty good. Only a few weird ones here and there but quite good still.

Visited this place some time ago and have been meaning to leave a review.

First, the good: the artwork on their products is fantastic. They have a bunch of coasters with unique designs, really well done.

Now, the not-so-good:

1. Pricing.
As mentioned in other reviews, the prices displayed on the board behind the bar do not match what you actually pay if you are drinking in-house. In reality, drinks cost about two to three times what is listed. For example, a margarita advertised at $6 actually ends up being $12 to $18 if consumed there. The reasoning, taken from a response to another review, is that in-house beverages are priced to match restaurant rates, while to-go orders align with LCBO pricing. While that explanation makes sense on paper, the execution feels off. Using the margarita as an example, at a restaurant you would expect a bartender to mix the drink, garnish it, and salt the rim. Here, it was simply a can opened and poured into a glass. To be fair, this is probably more of an issue with the cocktails than the other drinks. Also, I do not frequent breweries often, so perhaps this is standard practice.

2. Food experience.
We ordered an Italian Trio hoagie from Mel’s Deli to share. The sandwich itself was fine, but it was supposed to come with a side of kettle chips. When it arrived, the chips were missing. After asking, we were told they had run out. That should have been mentioned at the time of ordering, and ideally, a small discount or substitution should have been offered, but neither was.

Overall, not a place I’d return to, but your mileage may vary, it could still be worth checking out for yourself.
